Y/N's pov

Date: March 19th

"Okay, how is this," I said stepping out of the bathroom showing Shinobu the outfit I chose.

"If you wanna look like an old lady yeah go for it." She said faking a smile, I looked at her getting impatient.

"Shinobu."

"Well honey to be honest that is one of the ugliest fucking skirts I have ever seen in my life" she shrugged.

"Well, then what should I wear?" I asked as Shinobu turned her head to the side looking into my closet pressing her lips together in deep thought.

"You got a pencil skirt?" She asked and I nodded in response.

"What about a white button-up shirt" she added.

"Yes"

"Then wear that I don't understand why you're making it so hard on yourself y/n it's just an interview," Shinobu said.

"You're right I need to calm down," I said taking a breath as I quickly then grabbed the clothes she mentioned before and ran to the bathroom to change.

I came out of the bathroom and saw Shinobu staring at me.

"See you look good" she smirked and I smiled tilting my head to the side.

"I should wear heels right?" I asked and Shinobu nodded.

I sat down putting my heels on as my phone rang and I looked up at Shinobu nodding for her to check who it was.

"Ooo Sanemi texted you," Shinobu said teasing me and I beamed with joy at the sound of his name.

"What did he say?" I asked jumping on the bed as I smiled like a fool.

"He said 'good luck on the interview, my love'."

"Aww, he is such a sweetheart" I put my hand over my heart as it beat like crazy.

"Tell him I said 'thank you and I love you," I said getting off the bed as I picked up my black briefcase and fixed my hair.

"Ok I think I'm ready" I turned looking at Shinobu.

"Want me to take you?" She asked and I nodded without hesitation.

"Ok let's go."

We walked out of my apartment and walked down the hall to the elevator I took small deep breaths trying to gather my thoughts.

Once we walked out of the lobby of my apartment complex we got in Shinobu's car and drove off.

I stared out the window till I turned to look at Shinobu.

"What are you learning right now in medical school?" I asked trying to take my mind off things and Shinobu smiled slightly.

"Um we're on the unit of anatomy and I have lab tomorrow actually so that will be fun," she said and I nodded.

"What is the name of the business you applied for?" Shinobu asked.

"It's T.A.S technologies," I said and Shinobu quickly looked at me surprised smiling.

"Really" her eyes widened.

"Yeah"

"That's the company that made that popular online dating app Digicupid right? and then the boss what's his name again," Shinobu said dumbfounded.

"Oh Mr. Rengoku," I said.

"Yes yes him he's kinda hot I've seen him in press conferences and as well have seen him in some award shows but get this I had this girl in one of my classes and she worked for him and she said that he was very strict so there's that" She added.
