I stood and wiped the ink off my hood as the rain started to take away the rest. I looked over at Robin with pride as we acknowledge our accomplishments. Our moment is cut short when we hear coughing and see Starfire's hand stick out of the large pile of ink in front of us. I watched with an ache in my heart as Robin ran over to her and held her in his arms. Cyborg and Beast Boy joined by my side as I watched in agony as they slowly begin to kiss. I put on a brave smile and could faintly hear Cyborg whisper something about it being about time. While my powers were no longer tied to my emotions, I knew that if I continued to watch, something would explode. I turn to the remaining piles of ink and used my powers to start collecting them into one confined area hoping that the cleaning would distract me.

"Raven it's raining, that'll all go away eventually" Cyborg said quietly placing his hand on my shoulder. I looked over at him and saw that Starfire and Robin had joined Beast Boy hand in hand. "Can't hurt to start right?" I said in my monotone voice that I've spent years practicing in order to hide emotions. "Raven. You'll be okay." Cyborg said gripping my shoulder a bit harder. I look at him confused and he gave me one of his understanding smiles. "How did you know?" I ask, trying desperately to hide behind my hood. He laughed a bit and said, "He literally went to Hell for you, it wasn't hard to connect the dots." I roll my eyes as he walks us back towards the group. "It'll all work out Rae, you'll see." He smiled as he walked up to Robin.

I'm not entirely sure when Cyborg meant that everything would be okay, but five years later nothing has gotten better. When we returned home from Tokyo, Beast Boy found Terra attending a local high school as Tara Markov. After her apprenticeship with Slade, she had run away under a new identity trying to start over. He stayed persistent and eventually when Terra graduated, they moved out of town completely getting rid of the superhero act. Cyborg and Bumblebee finally admitted their feelings for each other, and Cyborg decided to move to the east coast and join Titans East, something none of us took very well. Starfire and Robin eventually broke up after Starfire wanted to settle down and Robin became Nightwing without consulting her. She ended up flying back to Tamaran to take her reign as queen and Nightwing left to join Bruce back in Gotham not wanting to remain in Jump City where let's just say the villains are subpar. That left me to my own devices in a lonely tower that no longer had the same feeling of family it once had. It also led me to being the primary hero in Jump City for the past four years since everyone left, not that I couldn't handle it.
