Tanjiro comes home to find his entire family dead. He was later found by Giyuu and was sent to Urodaki to train to become a demon slayer. But after he got their he got dreams of someone with hanafuda earrings(Yorrichi) performing a breathing techniq...
So I'm just writing this to let y'all know that I reread the chapters and wasn't really that happy with myself. The characters don't have that much personality and the fights are kinda short which is why the next chapter will be tanjiro vs an OC(original character) demon.
And yea that's how tanjiro looks like in this book
And just a bit more information. Like I said tanjiro I'm this is still as nice as in canon but his resting face is calm like in the picture. When he's not fighting a demon or when he's not with other people he almost always has his kitsune mask on.
He likes chatting with his albino crow nezuko and likes to look at his blade. He has a scar on his left hand wrist(you guys already know what that means.) and like I said his demon slayer mark is exactly the same as yorrichis. I've decided that tanjiro will unlock the selfless state and see through world during his fight with rui and trains like hell to try to control it since at first he has trouble controlling it.
Also I'm just gonna keep on practicing. Even though this is my first fanfic I have to admit the personality's aren't what I was hoping for. Well to better describe what I mean is that I don't let them talk a lot or show you guys they're personality's. So yeah next chapter hopefully they'll be less blend(?) and with more emotions.
As to when the next chapter will release I have the answer for. It'll be either today or tomorrow. Possibly Saturday if I decide I need more practice.
And for the forms I use in the sun breathing all are canon except for the 14th form sakonji which he uses last chapter. So unless I say otherwise every form I use is canon.
Now why is tanjiro as kind as In canon if nezuko is dead? I mean she was the link to him and his sanity so how is he still sane? Simple, almost every time he dreams he relives a memory with his family. He can't do or say anything since he's reliving a memory but that gives him at least some peace. But he still hates himself greatly but hides it very well. He loves to help other people with their problems be it helping them with luggage or with mental, emotional, or social problems. He puts other people first and puts himself last. He doesn't even try to help his own problems which makes it worse(and he knows that) but that doesn't affect his personality.
Due to his better sense of smell he could tell if a demon he is fighting is a 'tragedy' or a just a cold blooded demon who was and is evil. For the tragedies he comforts them before they die like he did with the hand demon and the tamari demon. He prays that the tragedies could be forgiven and be reborn without becoming a demon.
When tanjiro is angry though the devil runs and hides.
Now what about the ships? Yeah I decided that if no one objects in the comments(as if I'll get any) then I'll do tanjiro x shinobu maybe. I like tanjiro x Kanao just a bit better then tanjiro x shinobu but Tanshino doesn't have a lot of fan fictions about it so yeah. And because of that when they are shown together I'll try my absolute best to make it as good as possible. So unless anyone objects I'll do tanjiro x shinobu (which will happen next chapter so if there are not enough objections) I honestly hope no one objects tbh since I have a lot of plans for this.
Who know I might even make a lemon idk at this point lol.
Anyways yeah in the upcoming chapters I'll try to add more personality, humor, and more interesting fight scenes as well.
