Ok so this isn't part of the story but it's what I'll possibly write for my next fanfic. Even though I said the breath style will stay the same no matter the possibility I changed my mind and now you guys get to choose

1st option: a moon breathing Tanjiro

Tanjiro was found by a shinobi after his entire family was killed and got trained to be one. He was abused and his training was 2x worse then it would be for any other shinobi. Because of this he was one of the best shinobi but he never killed. Because of this they made people die in brutal ways right infront of him until they finally accepted that Tanjiro will never kill a human. Tanjiro is known as the merciful dragon of the shinobi. One day, he got tired of being a shinobi and ran away. He found a cave and took shelter in it and found a chest. He opened it and saw instructions on how to do moon breathing, written by yorrichi when he was training his brother. He trained for two years and during that time he unlocked the demon slayer mark(kind of a necessity), the selfless state, and the see through world. He learned about the final selection and entered it. And that's basically where the fanfic picks up

Age: 12 when family dies, 13 when he runs away, and 15 during final selection
Personality: like yorrichi

2nd option: flame breathing Tanjiro

Instead of giyuu finding Tanjiro, rengoku kyojuro did. He brought him home and trained him flame breathing. Because flame breathing is the best interpreted version of sun breathing, Tanjiro is better in this breath style so, therefore, stronger then canon. He unlocks sun breathing/hikonami kagura the same way(a life and death situation but not rui.....possibly). He's rengokus tsuguko and becomes stronger then him. And yes nezuko is dead because she is just too divine for my writing. And because Tanjiro angst

Personality: same as canon

Either way I'll most likely write both after the other is done. All I do know is that the flame breathing Tanjiro one will be easier for me to write since it's not THAT hard to think of ideas for it. Moon breathing Tanjiro is another thing though. There are hardly any fanfics on it and will be harder for me to think of ideas since it's practically new.

Maybe I could write both at the same time after I'm done with sun breathing? I'll focus on the one you guys want most but still write chapters for the other one every now and then. I won't mind if you guys want me to do this as well.
Hell, I might just do both anyway

But yeah hopefully you guys like these ideas.
But do know that if the new fanfic isn't working out the way I like then I will discontinue it.

Whichever idea gets the most comments saying yes by a week will be chosen. And when you comment please tell me if you want a harem for the moon breathing Tanjiro or not.
