"THREE WIVES?! YOU BASTARD! CUT THE CRAP OUT- OGHH" zenitsu was shouting at Uzui.... until Uzui punched him in the gut, knocking him out.   "Zenitsu!" Tanjiro yelled in worry

Uzui and the Kamaboko squad where in a wisteria crest house going over uzuis plan
"Was that really necessary Uzui?" Tanjiro asked while checking on zenitsu who was out cold.  "That damn brat wouldn't shut up!" Uzui shouted

Tanjiro only sighed and started reading the letters his wives sent him while under cover before they disappeared. "So, Uzui sama, what exactly is the plan?" Tanjiro asked

"Ah we're gonna go undercover of course."
".....Eh?"

"My three wives are top of the line female ninja, kunoichi. They infiltrated the flower district where the demon most likely is. So far we've narrowed down the suspicious stores to three: suma in the tokito house, Makio in the ogimoto house, and hinatsuru in the kyougoku house."

"Aren't your wives already dead?" Inosuke asked

Tanjiros mouths widened and stared at him in disbelief and pity for whats about to happen.
Soon enough Uzui punched him hard in the gut, also knocking him out. Tanjiro just stared at Uzui for a bit before deciding not to say anything. 'I don't want to piss him off.....'

"We brought the necessary items" one of the house takers said. "Good" Uzui replied, still pissed off.

"Tanjiro, I have different plans for you"
"Eh?"

"Since you have no presence, I want you to sneak around all three of the houses. If there is a demon it'll be almost impossible for it to sense you and the people won't even notice you. And remember always stay in the shadows" Uzui explained

"Hai!" Tanjiro shouted
"Also, I don't really want to ruin your dignity so yeah....hehehe" Uzui said while chuckling

"Huh?"

Tanjiro watched as Uzui sold an undercover Inosuke and zenitsu. The make up they're wearing.....isn't the best.

'I'm just glad I'm not doing that'

He put on his kitsune mask and jumped down from the roof of a building. He ran to the tokito house and successfully sneaked in through a window

'That was easier then I thought it would be'
Tanjiro walked around the house without making a single sound. However he heard two girls talking to each other so he hid behind the corner

"I heard that the hostess from the kyogouku house fell from a window and died. how frightening" one of them said

"There are a lot of ladies that 'lose their footing' and disappear, it's scary." The other one added on

"Even a few days ago suma-oiran..."

'Suma?! One of Uzais wife!' Tanjiro realized. He took off and sneaked out again, going to the next of the three suspicious house. He entered the kyougoku house and sensed zenitsu going into a room. He followed

"The room is a mess! What happened here?!" Zenitsu screamed. He saw a crying girl in the middle of the room . "Was there a fight?! What happened here?!"

tanjiro saw Zenitsu try to comfort the crying girl but then he sensed something.

'A demon! A powerful one too! An upper moon?' He looked into the room only to see a woman right behind Zenitsu

'No, it's the demon!' He watched in horror as the woman started to argue with Zenitsu. He couldn't hear what they were saying since he was a bit too far away but he could still see Zenitsus reaction to her presence

'He knows it's a demon as well. Zenitsu, please don't do anything stupid!'

His prayers weren't answered

He saw as the demon in disguise grabbed the crying girl by her ear. Oh how he wanted to stop her
'Poor girl... please stop doing this!'

And to his surprise he saw Zenitsu grab the demons hand! "Zenitsu! What the hell?!" He whispered to himself

He watched as the demon raised her hand and aimed it at Zenitsus face
Before he realized it he ran at Zenitsu, picked him up, and ran outside at godspeed. This didn't got unnoticed by the demon though

'Someone saved him before I could even reach him! Is it a pillar?' She thought before she smiled wickedly, revealing a kanji in her eyes that spell

Upper moon 6

'Looks like we'll have some fun tonight, right brother?' Daki thought
'It seems like we will. I can't wait to fight maaan' gyutaro, the true upper moon 6 thought

TANJIRO POV

"Tanjiro?! Thank you so much!" Zenitsu yelled.
I kept on running and running to where I smelled Uzui. I finally reached him

"Hey! What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be-"
"An upper moon is here! I couldn't sense where your wives are so go to where Inosuke is, he might've already found them!" I interrupted him while putting Zenitsu down

"Eh? An upper moon? Looks like I put you all in danger...... wait what will you do?" Uzui asked

"I'll take her on and buy you guys enough time to save the others. Come and help me as soon as you can!"

3RD PERSON VIEW

tanjiro dashed away, heading at daki before Uzui can tell him anything else

'That kid is so stubborn! Damn it! He could die! But he did defeat uppermoon 3..... but he shouldn't just run and fight with an uppermoon all by himself!' Uzui thought in frustration

"Let's just go to the boar head, he might've found my wives. But we need to hurry up!" Uzui shouted at Zenitsu

"Alright alright jeez no need to yell"

"You're one to talk!"

I will admit this definitely isn't my best chapter. I was in a bit of a rush but I'll make it up to y'all. How? By uploading a chapter in between 12-4 a.m

Yep, three chapters in one day(well, kinda?)
I don't value sleep so this won't be a problem. Next up is uppermoon 6 vs tanjiro
