Plan, But Dont Let Her Find Out (part two)

I ran to my room and search the words Leo had just now said. They popped up on my computer and the song title read, What A Wonderful World. I clicked the YouTube link and plugged in my headphones. When I listened, it was the most beautiful song ever. The words flew around my head like a butterfly. I smiled and turned off my computer when it ended. I wrote down the lyrics I had just heard:

Red roses too,

And clouds of white,

The bright blessed day,

I smiled at my work. I hid the lyrics under my bed and walked back outside to the main room.

(Leo's P.O.V.)

  As Emma walked out, I raised an eyebrow at her. She didn't pay attention to me. She just walked straight into the kitchen. Donnie walked out of the dojo. "What's with the raised eyebrow?" He asked. "Just her outburst in the kitchen. It's kinda weird. Do you think she's planing something?" I asked. Donnie laughed. "It's not like her", he answered. I sighed. Suddenly, we heard a vibration. Then a ringtone. I frowned at Donnie. He laughed nervously and picked up his T-phone. "Donatello", he answered. "You what! Ok well I will... WE will see you when you come by later. Ok bye" he said hanging up. Emma came out from the kitchen. She gave Donnie a blank stare. "April's coming over again and is bringing a surprise for Mikey", Donnie said. "What is it?!" Mikey yelled from his room running out. "Mikey the point of a surprise is to not tell someone what they are getting", Raph said hitting Mikey in the back of his head. "Ow! Dude!" He said rubbing his head. I rolled my eyes. They always fought.

  A couple hours later, April walked into the lair. "What's up guys?" She asked. "Where is it!" Mikey yelled running out of the kitchen and leapfrogging over Donnie. April handed him a pizza box with everything on it. Mikey ran back to the kitchen. "Emma may you please come to the dojo?" Master Splinter asked from inside the dojo. Emma sighed and walked to the dojo. "In the kitchen guys", April said dragging Donnie and myself to the kitchen. She closed the door behind her. "I have great news!" She said setting down a pizza box. "I got Emma in! She's going to The Voice!" She whispered. Before Mikey could say anything, Raph duck taped his mouth shut. "Awesome!" I whispered.

(The day before The Voice blind auditions in which Emma performs. In other words, her birthday.)

(Emma's P.O.V.)

  I yawned and got out of bed. I rubbed my eyes and tied my hair back. I walked out my room. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMMA!" Leo, Donnie, Raph, Mikey, and April yelled. Mikey ran up to me and picked me up in a hug. "Too. Tight!" I said. He put me down. He might've cracked my shell. Master Splinter came out of the dojo. "My daughter. Happy birthday", he said handing me a small gift. Everyone else handed me presents. I opened them. Leo got me three new sketchbooks. Donnie got me a new lamp for my desk since mine was dying. Raph got me a stress ball (I honestly thought that was clever). Mikey got me Just Dance 2015. And April got me a bunch of hair ties and a gift card to a place called Forever 21. "Before you open your last present, we think you should know it's from everyone", Donnie said. I opened the present. Inside a box was a small vile with a bluish-Brown liquid inside. A confused wave swept over me.

  "That is something called a humagen. It allows things and ones to turn human", Donnie said. "And that leads to the next thing", Leo said. "Your using that...", April started. "... TO GO ON THE VOICE!" She said. My eyes widened. My jaw dropped. "How did you-" "Easy! We took the tape you gave me and submitted it and you got in. Your audition is tomorrow", Donnie said. "Thank you!" I said hugging them. All 6 of them smiled. "How about cake?" Mikey said. I laughed and ate cake with the best brothers, friend, and father ever.
