You, obviously, asked him why the hell he was making a speech to the mirror

And then he managed to ask you out

Blurted out his confession on a random Monday afternoon

You were honestly very confused

It took all of his strength not to run away (and it was worth it, since you said yes)

Used a bunch of stupid pickup lines and then just suddenly asked you out on a date

With absolutely no warning as well

You were honestly a little glad that the cringy pickup lines had stopped

Wrote a note because he was too scared to say it outright

It has all the stuff he loves about you written on it

You make sure to keep the note safe

Asks you outright, but in such a roundabout way that it takes you a second to realise

"You look bored, why don't we go to a nice restaurant and have a meal I'll pay for?" "Schlatt...are you asking me on a date or...?"

You tease him for not being able to ask you out properly (but you'll take the free dinner)

He's just that bad at getting his point across, especially when he's nervous
