Morro watches in excitement as Nya charges at her father with the double bladed gold sword. Ray was quick to deflect it with the hammer he was holding.

"Who are you!?" Ray yells at her. Nya spoke in a voice filled with so much rage, anguish, and pain even Morro could not recognize it.

"Your worse nightmare and your demise,"

She kicks him from under his legs and he fell to the ground the item he was working on falling off the forge. She goes for the strike, but Ray rolled to the side narrowly avoiding the blade with the edges of his hair being sliced clean off.

Nya was quick to slice at him again, but once more Ray blocked her with his forging hammer. "I won't ask again," the man grunts under the pressure. "Who. Are. You?" He asks pushing the raging girl off him. "Take a guess dead beat," she hisses and threw the sword. This time Ray couldn't dodge fast enough and one of the blades tips sliced at his shoulder before the sword was wedged in the wall behind him.

Ray grits his teeth against the pain that flared in his shoulder. "You will regret that," he hisses before charging at her. Nya may have thrown her weapon, but she pulled out the two daggers from her belt and used those to defend herself. Ray may have once been a respected and feared warrior, but he was out of practice with a heavy hammer that only served to slow him down.

Nya could almost laugh at how easy this felt to her.

Kai suffered because they weren't there, she suffered as a result, everyone suffered because of them. She finally managed to kick him to the ground and he let out a pained groan clutching his stomach because that was where she kicked and she kicked hard.

She stood over him with her dagger raised above him a menacing figure. Morro watched in baited breath to see if she would kill him, he couldn't really care if she did or not since they were no longer useful to him.

Ray was scared for his life at the mysterious figure, someone Krux and Acronix no doubt sent to get rid of him and Maya. What he did not see was her eyes were shining bright with unshed tears.

Nya knew in the back of her mind Kai would not want this, but for years she has blamed her parents for everything bad in their lives. Kai may have been different after what happened, but he was still a great parent to her which she cherishes everyday. She still wants blood though and it's going to be her father's blood she gets.

As she was about to plunge the dagger down a large and powerful stream of water knocked it from her grasp. Both turned to see Maya appear with the golden sword in hand. "Stay away from my husband," she orders then got in a fighting position. "Or you're dealing with a elemental master of water," Maya finishes her glare steely and protective. Nya can't help thinking that maybe Kai got more personality from their mother than their father.

Morro smiles in his corner happy with this show.

Nya gave a hollow laugh shaking her head. "What's so funny girl?" Maya hisses threateningly circling around her opponent. "We look exactly the same," Nya whispers so quietly to herself neither heard her. She turns her attention to her mother and said. "You want to fight fine," she then charged at Maya.

The older water elemental used her power to form a shield around herself that Nya furiously tried getting through to no avail. Maya looked to her husband and mouthed. Run

Ray shook his head not wanting to leave her, but she gave him a glare to go. He nodded and quietly left, not that Nya noticed too busy trying to land a blow through the water shield. Morro follows Ray out since he wanted to avoid the inevitable water battle to come.
