Sensei Wu and Garmadon waited on top of the burnt down monastery for the eventual arrival of a long ago bad memory, a battle not quite yet finished. "Brother," Garmadon said to break the silence. "I know what your going to say brother," Sensei Wu said. "We should have told them and you also should have told Kai the truth," Sensei G said. "Brother he is in a fragile state of mind. He's been through a endless cycle of torment. Time and time again he keeps on being hurt just when he thinks he is finally safe and can let down his guard. The more this happens the worse it will be. He's already in a state of mind where he thinks he's safe," Sensei Wu argues. "He tried burning Cole alive yesterday and he still needs Zane to do daily check ups on his back. I don't even want to imagine what it would have looked like before Morro made the wish to heal it so he wouldn't die. He screams at night, he does not leave his room if he has the choice, he brought me back on the sole thought that Lloyd should have someone who isn't broken to protect him, and he's acting on a instinct of survival more often than not. Brother I cannot fathom how he can get any worse. Not to mention Jay the boy does not talk as much anymore and he blames himself for the pain Kai has been put through and is ignoring his own pain. Pushing your feelings down and thinking they don't matter is not healthy Wu. Both the boys need serious help that your teas cannot provide," Sensei Garmadon insisted.

Sensei Wu wishes he had some tea to calm himself. "There is always more ways to break a mind. Kai is strong he will get better with time and while I know he will never be the same he will be the ninja we know he was always meant to be," Sensei Wu said. "But Wu he needs to be warned. The other times he was caught off guard because he thought he could put it behind him. Cole has a scar on his forehead from something that he doesn't remember happening. Wu it's green too a green scar like that can only be made from a ghosts sword. Since every villain besides Morro was accounted for its possible he did not need to kill a ninja just have them marked by their blades. We need to have warned the others at least," Sensei Garmadon reasons with Wu who looks away. "We should not have them panicked. No offence, but your son is not the best at keeping secrets especially from his boyfriend," Wu said quite bluntly and frankly. Sensei G was getting fed up with his brother's stubborn nature.

"The lack of knowledge on the enemy leads to their defeat," Sensei Garmadon said with a pointed glare.

Sensei Wu does not respond firm in his decision on not telling Kai or the others about the sliver of a chance Morro might or might not be back. They looked to the sky and saw a blue blimp with the time and date move across the sky with no idea of the impact it has had on Ninja-go's history. A blue portal that was shaped like a infinity symbol with misty swirls mixed in with red, green, gold, and blue around it. The brothers settled their debate for now as a familiar figure came from the sky and touched down on the ground of the old monastery. He looks around and made eye contact with Wu and Garmadon at first not realizing who they were, but they very much recognized him.

"Right on time"Wu said looking at his watch. "What?" Acronix asked. "Hello Acronix long time no see," Garmadon said getting up with Wu. Acronix turned to the two old men and his eyes widened. "Wu? Garmadon? My time has not treated you two well," Acronix said being quite rude. "It's time to finish what we started long ago," Wu said taking out his staff while Garmadon stood still. He took a vow of peace he would only interfere if it is required of him. "You don't have your brother to bail you out this time," Garmadon said. "And who's fault is that?" Acronix asks. "We did what we had to protect Ninjago," Wu said.

"Yes and I shall win this time!" Acronix said and he started his fighting with Wu.

Meanwhile

Back at the museum unaware of what was happening at the monastery the ninja were still cleaning the museum when Kai found a weird painting. It was of a old portrait that took up a pretty decent junk of the wall. In the painting Kai recognized a few elemental masters such as the master of earth aka Cole's grandfather, the master of sound, shadow, gravity, and ice to name just a few. There was also a young Wu and young Garmadon both of whom were dueling these weird guys in red and black armour and the armour looked like gears in a clock. They also had green face paint on their eyes and wore hoods concealing most of their features Kai could make out in the picture. Something about those two seemed oddly familiar to Kai like something he only remembered in passing conversation.
