25- Mall Adventure pt. 2

JENNIE POV:

"Jen Jen, let's go to the build a bear shop so I can build you a bear that you can cuddle with at night when you miss me." Lisa said as she held out her hand for me to take. I was caught aback from it but I took her hand anyway.

"Fine, but it better be pretty or you can give it to Rosie herself." I said as I gripped her hand harder and rolled my eyes back. She giggled and lead me towards the store. I shouldn't be allowing this, but I wanted it.

We landed at the machines where they made the bears and Lisa told me to close my eyes while I describe the perfect bear I wanted. "So, do you like buttons or zippers?" The brunette asked me as she drag me to another step. "Choose for me, let's see how much you remember about me." I said as quirked an eye brow at her.

She agreed and drag me along the rest of the steps with my eyes still closed. After we were finished, she handed me the bear and it surprised me that she pictured what I had in mind exactly how I thought it. "There, now when you miss me you can cuddle with the bear all you want." She smiled at me while I hugged the bear closer.

This whole gesture had my heart beating faster. Out of everyone here, Lisa decided to make ME a bear. I didn't know how to feel since Rosè was her date and I didn't know if this was a petty gesture but I didn't even care. She made it for me and me only. That means she still cares for me.

"Lili, are you going to make Rosie one?" I asked looking at the blonde who was chatting away with Jisoo. They didn't even bother to come in the store, but I didn't mind. It means I had more alone time with Lisa. That's all I wanted.

"No, why?" She asked as she shuffled her feet together and looked at the ground. I never thought i'd admit this, but Lisa is even more attractive when she's nervous. Her cheeks poke out like a bag of pizza doe. Cute.

"Isn't she your girlfriend?"

"No..."

"Oh? Okay then. Should I ask her?" I winked as I pretended to turn around. Lisa quickly panicked and held my waist to turn my around. My cheeks started to heat up as my face became as red as a pepper. We were so close that I felt her breathe on mines. She looked deeply into my eyes and gave me a weak smile.

"No Nini, don't you trust me?"

"I don't know, should I? I mean you do have a player reputation. Why should I trust you? Hm?" Lisa sighed and she examined me closer. It was as I could almost see the pain in her eyes. Did I go too far?

"Look, I know I don't have the best past and all, but I'm changing. Have a little faith in me." She faintly said before clearing her voice. "Now, Do you want me to add a voice box in there? You know you'll miss my voice." She winked as she walked away to the counter before I could even mutter a word.

Why is she playing with me? She acts as if she knows my feelings. Hell, I don't even know my feelings yet. My first question should be why the sudden change of attitude? Just before she was all giggled up with Rosè and now she's all flirtatious with me.

I watched as she walked back towards me with a small toy box in her hand. She gave me a warming smile as she extended her hand. I was confused at first on what she wanted so I took my right hand from the bear and placed my hand in hers.

I saw her eyes twinkle for a second before it switched back to its original color. She eyed me up and down before let out a throaty laugh. "Why are you laughing?" I asked as I furrowed my eyebrows together.
