Did You Miss Me?

Half-breed.

Chapter 1

I'm Veronica Ace Winters, your not-so-typical nerd: the girl with short auburn hair, light blue eyes, slightly tan skin, wears baggy clothes, big grandma glasses, braces and by not-so-typical I mean I'm a half-breed. I study at Raven High and I'm in my Junior year. I'm now currently sitting and eating by myself at our school's HUGE air-conditioned canteen, being an outcast as always because people here don't like half-breeds who are half human.

And this is where the jocks and bimbos (cheerleaders) bully me 24/7 with their leader, our Alpha, Caspar Blade Ritter. He has that sexy messy brown-ish hair almost covering his greenish grey eyes (does that even make sense?), he has that tall stature standing 6'3" tall with the right amount of muscles and an eight pack that'll make you drool, did I mention that he has that VERY HOT british accent? Yes he bullies me, but I always had that certain affection towards him which sounds really weird.

Now back to my situation which means I need to stop my daydreaming ha-ha-ha. One of the bimbos approached me and "accidentally" threw my food to the floor and said "Oops! Sorry NERD I didn't really did that on purpose. Are you alright? Want me to buy you another one? But this time with dog food that suits you better?" her high-pitched voice and laugh made me want to slap her then punch her plastic surgeried nose, scratch that, her WHOLE face screams plastic surgery!

But I knew better than that, so I just said that it was fine and I'll just buy another one (not dog food by the way). Just as I was about to leave my table, Mr. Alpha made me trip by sticking his foot out. Well, I tripped and my face hit the food that blondie "accidentally" threw off my table. Everyone was looking, laughing, and pointing at me.

And when I was about to get up and die from embarrassment, Mr. Alpha made a show of "helping-me-up-and-being-innocent" but the most shocking thing of it all is not about him helping me get up, but the electric shocks that I felt when we touched. He also removed the spaghetti sauce off of my face, and since fairytales and happily ever afters don't really exist, as soon as I got up, Mr. Alpha pushed me VERY HARD and said "I forgot that NERDS and BRACE-FACES were not supposed to be treated nicely" he ended that painful sentence with a cocky grin. Everyone who watched that little scene were now in hyterics (crazy way of laughing, I think?)

I ran to the nearest exit, then the tears that I stubbornly held were already set loose. I cried because of embarrassment and humiliation, I'm sick and tired of all the bullying and always being an outcast, and the worst part of it all, is that they're bullying me just because I'm a half-breed and I felt like there was a big hole in my heart when Caspar said that sentence. So, I went to the library, made sure no one was there, locked the door and went to my spot. "Why" you ask? It's 'cause since you're gonna be reading the story of my life now *Dramatic drum rolling*, I might as well explain the terms that you don't know (I think).

So first thing is first, I live in a different world where Vampires and Werewolves are the strongest, and the people here DON'T like humans. So I'm a half-human, half-werewolf, which explains why I'm an outcast and why they bully me so much. but if I was just a half-Vampire and half-Werewolf everyone would love me (I can dream right?) [I'll explain why in the next chapters, don't worry] Anyway, moving on, an Alpha is the strongest, smartest, and will risk his life just for his people which means he's like the leader/ruler of the werewolves in a certain state. As for the electric shocks that I felt with Caspar... Let's just say that you'll find out soon enough ;)

So this is the first story that I'm currently writing, I hope you'll love my story and help us (my story and I) improve in the future :) I'll do my best in writing Did You Miss Me? So I guess that's all? Hahaha. See you guys, take care, and God bless, and I love you! :)
