Um hi guys, I know it's been a looong time since I updated because our internet or router got broken for 4 days! Imagine having no internet connection for 4 bloody days! Atleast I survived lol, so here's the next chap, sorry for making you guys wait.

Chapter 9

So after an hour of travelling, we finally got to our point of destination: the BEACH! And much to my surprise, there were alot of people, my 2nd family, the court, Xander's bestfriend, Aira/Zoe (my bestfriend) and her family, and the WHOLE student body! Like how and why?! My dad probably noticed that I was confused on as to why the people from my FORMER school were here.

"Well Ace, since I am the former Alpha, they were also invited don't worry they won't bully you anymore because something will be announced" dad said with a smile

"What kind of announcement?" I asked confused

"You'll see darling, you'll see"

With that being said dad left me in a state of PURE confusion and went to where my mom was. I looked at my brother hopefully and the pig head just shrugged. Now what? They left me dumbfounded, I'm so curious yeah~ (SHINee- Sherlock)[if you're into Kpop you'll know what I'm saying]. Then it hit me, if the WHOLE student body is in here, then Ass face will also be here, and speaking of the devil. I finally smelled his chocolate mint scent, sending shivers of pleasure in me and my wolf going crazy, jeez! down girl, down!

After my wolf calmed down, Xander dragged me to meet his vampire bestfriend

"Hey Ace, meet Xian Kyle Damien"

"Hi Kyle, I'm Veronica Ace Winters, nice to meet you" I smiled then held my hand out to shake hands with him

He kissed my hand "Nice to meet you too, Veronica" he winked then I heard the faint growl of rage again

Xander hit Kyle playfully on his head "Dude I know that my little sis is beautiful, but stop flirting with her" Kyle just laughed

"Now I know where Xander got his kiss-the-hand-of-a-lady-when-you-meet-them style" I chuckled, Xander snickered and Kyle just laughed again

"I'll leave you guys okay? Go flirt with some girls there, I'll go to where Aira is" I told Xander and Kyle then went to the chocolate fountain where Aira is

"Hey Aira, how's it going? you look dazzling tonight" I beamed

"Hey V! Happy birthday! thank you for the compliment but you look waaay better than me, I mean no offence but, last time we met, you had short dull hair, baby fats, braces, and BIG grandma glasses. But look at you now! You're SMOKIN' HOT! I envy you!" she said dramatically

I laughed at her, she's the only one who'll be blunt with you then compliment you, that's why if you think I'm weird, look at Aira and you'll think I'm normal.

"Oh please! you're exaggerating, I just removed my braces last month, then I no longer wear glasses since mom said something about it being in my system and I guess the baby fats went far far away!" we laughed at what I said

Aira and I continued to talk and eat desserts (chocolate cake, chocolate ice cream, chocolate pie, chocolate crepe[or whatever way that food is spelled] etc. etc. etc. chocolate), we were catching up on the many many many years that we didn't meet each other (we didn't meet for 3 years and for me that's already toooo loooong)

Oh! I also forgot to say something about the way we celebrate the debut of a Werewolf here, we don't do those 18 something something, we just eat, talk, party, dance and run.

Later at 12 midnight all of us are gonna go out for a run for like 2 hours? in the woods, it might sound weird but that's how it is here. Running on your 18th birthday means that you show your devotion to your race and that you're now a full fledged adult Werewolf and I think it also has to do with the transformation or the maturity of your wolf? So that you'll be able to control yourself? I don't really get it, as long as I run later for two hours with all the Werewolves here, I think I'll be fine.
