Chapter 96: The Power Transfer: Pt. 2

Scarlett's Point of View

We were still pulling the sword so that it would get out of the statue, yet I feel something strange in me.

"We gotta hurry." Kimberly says.

"We're trying as fast as we can here." I said as I still feel strange.

"The sword won't budge. We've gotta get it out. Come on, keep pulling, harder!" Billy says.

"This isn't working. There's gotta be another way. Where's the map, Billy?" Tommy asks.

"I've got it right here. Hey, look. The ring. It looks like it fits on the statue's finger. I'll bet that'll release the sword." Billy answers as he takes it out.

"Hurry, Billy." Jason shouts as Billy puts the ring onto one of the statue's finger's and it starts glowing yellow, the sword!

"Hey, it's coming loose. Billy, you're a genius." Tommy says.

"What would we do without you?" I asked him as the ground keeps on shaking and something very bad was happening.

"Alpha, Lily, teleport us now!" Jason says as the building in the city started blowing up.

I then see Trini and Zack disappear first. Then Jason and Kimberly teleport out of the city next. Seconds later Billy disappears after them, soon I looked at Tommy with a bit of worry.

No One's Point of View

They landed in the Command Center as Lily was looking worried for her sister at the others. She was worried that they didn't get all of them in time, especially her older sister.

"Alpha, Lily, I need to recalibrate the teleporter." Billy tells the two as Billy takes off his helmet, then they see Scarlett teleport in as she sighs in a bit of relief.

"Are you alright?" Jason asks Scarlett as he makes his way towards her with Lily following in worry.

"Yeah, I'm fine. You?" Scarlett answers.

"I'm alright." Jason says as he gives her a hug and then they broke apart.

"Billy, where's Tommy?" Kimberly asks him as Lily went over to her older sister to make sure that she was okay.

"Billy, you must hurry." Zordon says.

"Amplifying wavelengths." Billy says as he starts typing onto the computer.

"Billy, you're overloading it." Alpha tells him.

"Alpha, I trust that Billy knows what he's doing. Let's give him a minute." Zordon says and soon Tommy teleports into the Command Center.

"Tommy, oh we were so worried about you." Kimberly says as they all go over to him and he had the sword with him.

"It's great to be back." Scarlett says as she reassured Lily.

"I'm glad you've returned safely." Zordon says as Scarlett takes off her helmet, it was getting too hot for her liking.

"We brought the sword." Tommy say as he steps up and shows it to Zordon.

"That is good. We need to prepare, Zedd is planning to invade the Earth with Serpentera." Zordon says.

"Zordon, Serpentera was a formidable challange. And destroyed the deserted city." Billy says as Scarlett nodded at that.

"Zordon, we can't leave to the Peace Conference, Vancouver, or Austin, Texas. Not now. There has to be another way." Trini says.

"Scarlett, Trini, Zack, and Jason, in your hearts, you'll always carry the spirit of the power rangers. But your destinies lie elsewhere." Zordon says.
