Acts of the Mind?

Here you are

You're the only one

Give me what I love

Put the world in motion

Hold on tight

Never let go

Because you're the only one

In my world, though

But then there's another

You teased me around

Even after one chat

You've got me bound

You make me happy

Moreso than ever

There was never anyone else

Or was there - whatever

But wait what about you?

I look the other way

A path divided in three

Another decision to be made

Tell me what

I should choose

Was I always like this?

But I don't want to lose

Minds change

In a matter of seconds

As if it's just breathing

And yet the decision could be a weapon

I hate this

Do I succumb so simply?

To the simplest acts of kindness

I change my mind so quickly

I don't mean to

Hurt your feelings

But the mind is complex

The interpretation of meanings

I want you, too

But then there comes another

And my heart

It is so weak

To fall into the simplest trap

Which one should I choose?
