My sister was sat on the couch watching Luke Hemmings on TV'. She's always going on and on about this dumb celebrity! I don't understand why all theses girls obsess over him! It's annoying! They act like he's some angel from above. There are days where she just won't shut up about him and I'm sick of it!

I thought it was a great time to aggravate her, so I walked into the living room and stood right in front of the TV so she couldn't see him.

"Nicole!" My sister yelled.

I turned and looked at her, acting like I didn't know why she yelled at me.

"Oh, I'm sorry Dakota, am I blocking your view of what's his name?" I asked her. She looked mad. I had to refrain from laughing cause it was funny.

"Yeah, you are. Now move it or lose it, sister." She said, sliding her finger across her neck imitating a knife slicing her neck open.

"Nicole, Dakota. Suitcases." My dad said walking in with our suitcases.

"Pick out your clothes, we're leaving for the airport right after school tomorrow." Mom said dropping the basket of clothes she was holding next to Dakota.

"Ew, ew, ew, ew." Dakota said looking at clothes and tossing them aside. "In less than 24 hours, I'll be in Los Angeles where Luke lives!" She exclaimed excitedly. "What if he picks me up at the airport?"

"Why in hell would he do that?" I asked her.

"I'm an original member of his fan club. I follow his minute-by-minute blog posts, and I tweet him every day. He wants to meet me, trust me." She said.

"Sure..." I said walking to the kitchen. "Is it too late for me to be an only child?" I asked my mom.

"Yes." She said.

"Than can I please stay home?" I asked her.

"No." She replied.

"Why not?" I asked.

"Because your grandmother hasn't seen you in two years." She said.

"Plus, you're a minor, and it's illegal." My dad added.

"EVERYBODY SHUT UP! They're talking about Luke on TV!" Dakota yelled from the living room. I walked in to see what she was on about now, probably something that no NORMAL person would care about.

"The fabulous Luke Hemmings picked up six Music Awards last night, just in time for his new CD, Rejects, to drop, wow, double platinum. I caught up with our favourite pop star on the red carpet." A reporter said, then Luke was on TV holding his awards.

"Well, first I'd love to say thank you so much for buying the records and coming to my concerts. You're the reason I love what I do. You guys are the best fans in the world. Thank you." Luke said, and the screen went back to the reporter who was talking about Jessie J.

"He is such an amazing person." Dakota said dreamily.

"Yeah, he's definitely NOT amazing." I replied still looking at the screen.

"Um, he is amazing! And if you knew him like I know him, you would think the same." Dakota told me.

"Sweetheart, we live in MISSISSIPPI. You don't know him!" I told her.

"But I do! I know where he works, eats, shops, surfs, and parties." She said.

Okay, that's weird. I really hope this trip goes by fast.
