Hey, sorry for the sudden intro here, I just wanted to say that this chapter is kind of hamilton heavy inspired so hopefully it makes sense to the whole plot later on. Anyways, enjoy!
==========
'I imagine this so much it feels more like a memory. Is this where it leads me? With a portal below my feet? The enemy ahead of me. If this is the end of me, at least I get to have my friend with me.'
"I've gotta go. Need to do my homework," a boy in a green hoodie sighed as he placed the last eye on the endportal.
'Dream, my first friend...'
"Already? But we are almost there!" The red sweatered child said, while placing some chests and beds to spawn them back just in case something went wrong with the fight.
"I'm sorry, I wish I could've stayed longer.."
'...my enemy.'
Just like that he was left alone in a room. A quiet room, that stands between him and his biggest fear. He had his life to deal with. A separate life. A life he knew nothing about. A life of which he wished to be a part of.
He just wanted for them to be friends. To be able to laugh together, cry together, be strong together and BE there for each other. To relish this moment with one another. He wished for them to all be there together.
'Taurits.. Dream..'
He knew what he had to do. But he was afraid to face it. He though he could handle the end alone. Trying to summon all the courage he requires to defeat a foe he has no prior knowledge of weakness before seemed nearly impossible.
He wanted it to be their legacy. Together.
It had been hurting him so much inside that his friends had to leave him now of all things... he felt numb. Slight tears were shed and fell down to the portal but he needed to snap out of it. He needed to go before time runs out.
He got his weapon in his hand with a firm grip. He stared in the abyss. It was quiet. He made sure he had his enchanted gear in check and all the supplies he needs to beat this mysterious enemy.
'With or without you, I will finish what we started.'
In the room he left an oak sign.

He jumped in. Light shone past through the protal room. Then he was gone... the portal seemingly glitched in and out of existence for a moment as it returned to normal.
When he got there, he was still shaking. He knelt down and held on his sword firmly as he managed to get up on his feet. He was out of breath. He was encased in a weird type of stone and under his feet was a platform of obsidian to walk on. The eerie atmosphere and the tension was present in this area. He kept his guard up.
He mined the stone for a way out and what he saw was nothing like he has ever seen before. Is this really the end...? There was void all around him. He was surrounded by islands of "end" stone. Enderman have been strangely abundand here. He tried not to look on one for they are a dangerous opponent to fight.
