The three found the whole hotel beyond expectations. They thought the hotel room was the only thing that was super fancy. They were wrong. The Madonna was beyond fancy. There were carefully carved columns and original copies of famous artwork lining the walls. Every wall was lined with gemstones and other priceless looking materials.
The residents looked spiffy and well dressed, while The four walking towards the dinning hall seemed a bit odd. Chase and his siblings still wore their jeans and T-shirts from the day before the day before. They had apparently slept through the rest of Saturday.
When two fancy workers opened two largely decorated oak wooden double doors, they caught a sight of the dazzling dining room. It was enormous and had table after table. A buffet area with fat servers were to the far left. Another serving area was to the far front, middle, and near the back where they were. The hall was more intricately designed then the general's own room. It was so clean and neat it made Camille's room look like a pig sty.
George, who looked like a baby who got their rattle back, went merrily to get a plate and dig into what he considered a dream. Chase had no idea how George wasn't fat. George was actually skinny and well built. Chase was a forehead taller, but that didn't ever bother him. What did was Chloe being taller then George.
"I see George is happy today," chuckled Lilliana.
"His best friend is the buffet line," mocked Chloe. "Wait where is his best friend, the sword?"
"Right there," pointed out Chase. George had slipped the sword into its sheathe and had strapped it over his shoulders. It didn't seem to effect his full speed to one of the fat chefs who had a giant pan of pancakes.
Chase, Lilliana, and Chloe weren't that hungry. Chase didn't want to eat at all. He just wanted to get out of the room of misery. He lost his appetite from the thoughts of Camille anyways.
They went around to the small group of kids that Camille had with her. They weren't wearing fancy cloths either which made the three happy. The group consisted of three others.
One had natural pink hair, which meant she was from the south part of Akbar where weird hair color was normal. The young woman looked to be about Chase's age. She was wearing a brown hoodie and jeans. Her eyes were light blue and sparkled in the large lights hanging over each table.
The second was a man who wore a pair of dark blue jeans with a white and blue striped shirt. He had loose dark brown hair that wasn't combed just like Chase. He had a large build, and from the looks of it, he was a good head taller then the 5' 7" Chase. His dark brown eyes were scary; however, Chase could see a softness in them.
The last was a older girl who looked about the age of a young adult. She looked about the same age as the guy in the blue. She wore a pair of basketball shorts that told Chase she was an athlete. Her top was a long sleeved yellow shirt. Her hair was blonde and was put into a neat ponytail in the back. She had hazel eyes.
They looked like a rainbow. They had pink, blue, and yellow. The three didn't look much like anything. As they came closer, the girl with pink hair immediately stood up and vowed to the three. "It's a pleasure to be in your presence Captain and Fairy Godmother," she said respectfully.
Chase, taken aback by the polite statement, looked around the eight person table. The other two were eating in complete silence. "Got any room at the table," joked Lilliana as she came to sit down.
"No we don't," the older boy strictly replied. He pushed the chair Lilliana would have sat in underneath the table.
"You don't have to be rude. I doubt you are even going to have any more company," Lilliana argued
