The next morning, Chase was a blob of tiredness. The night before, he had been plotting on how he will get to know who Lily Greyson really was. The thought annoyed him constantly. It was going to keep bothering him all the way to school.
When he got to the bus, right in the nick of time, he slumped his way to Chloe. George slept through his alarm again, or it just didn't work that day. Also, the fact his mom is his alarm clock might have done something about it.
Chloe seemed chipper, while Chase was dull more then ever. Chase yawned, and Chloe immediately felt the disdain in his look.
"What's the matter Chase?" she asked.
"I'm just really, really, really tired. That's all," he responded with another yawn.
"Well I have good news and bad news," chipped in. "It turns out the stalker or whatever was fake because I don't feel his presence anymore." She stopped talking and expected a cheer from Chase, but he was too tired for that.
Realizing she was going to get any joy, she continued saying, "Well anyways, Sleepyhead, the bad news is that I think there are memories I don't have that should be there. All of them seem to be before Freshman year."
Chase thought on the news. He thought and thought, but she was right. He couldn't remember anything before Freshman year. "What the heck your right," he nearly yelled.
"When George gets to school, lets ask him if the same is for him."
"Alright."
Chase was now confused completely. "Unseemly presences, stalkers, odd neighbors, and now a loss of memory. What the heck is going on?"
---------------------------------------------
By the time Chloe and Chase got to world history, they knew George was absent. He never showed up for school, but it was odd such a healthy boy would be sick.
"He was perfectly fine on two days ago on Monday. Yesterday, he was fine too. Why would he be sick now? He did eat a lot, but he normally does that," wondered Chloe.
"I don't know," answered Chase
"Alright class. Today we will study the famous Thunder God, Haden," said Mrs. Thomas. There were two different teachers with the last name Thomas. The history teacher one, was by far the best Thomas.
Since they it was the last week until spring break, Mrs Thomas decided that they would learn about the most famous Thunder Gods and their Guardian Gods. She didn't want to start a new chapter, so this was there option. So far, they had gone over Theodore and Sammie and the first Thunder God, Maryll, and her Guardian God, Sophia.
"Now class does anyone know what Haden the Life Creator do?" Chase's hand popped up immediately. "Besides Chase," she quickly added.
Ryan raised his hand and Mrs. Thomas called on him. "Well I just wanted to say that you should probably call on Chase. After all, he knows more about the Thunder Gods then the Internet."
"Fine then," she responded. "Chase would you like to tell us if Haden the Life Creator, what he did, and who his Guardian God was?"
"Haden was the a Thunder God whose magic was time. He is the father of Rogue, Captain, and Fairy Godmother. And also, asking of his Guardian God is a trick question. He is one of the only Thunder Gods in history to reject the contract a Guardian God gave him. He would have gotten Lance the Archer, but like I said, he rejected the offer."
Fred, a jock who knew nothing about the Thunder Gods, raised his hand and asked, "Mrs. Thomas who is Rogue and Fairy Godmother?"
"Rogue and Fairy Godmother," replied Chase, "are the siblings of Captain. Everyone knows Captain as being the almighty Thunder God of the century. His brother and sister did a lot too. They were triplets actually. Rogue was nicknamed that after the fact he wasn't born a Thunder God. He was given the Sand Sword, which is a weapon that can gift any human, who possesses the weapon, the power the relic has to offer. The Sand Sword gave Rogue the ability of sand. Fairy Godmother is named after the fact she comes from the sky and helps that way. She is a Thunder God with the magic of ice. Her Guardian God is unknown though. Her Thunder Beast form was never accomplished before her disappearance with Rogue and Captain in the battle against Hydroscious."
