The Remembrance

Chapter Eleven

Morning came, and with that came another fabulous breakfast, for George of course. He devoured more than the last time. They couldn't believe he still had an appetite after the giant chocolate cake he had for dinner the night before. Camille didn't lie when they said it was going to be a feast.

Rider and Stacey weren't seen that morning, but when the group was leaving the hall, Staff came in. Lilliana had the same smirk as the day before as the cloaked girl walked in to eat in the hall. Chase didn't know why Lilliana had her smirk on, but it wasn't his business so he left her alone.

Mina was accepted more and more by the group, mainly Chloe though. The boys were wondering how Chloe would be affected by another girl in the group. They didn't care in the long run.

As the triplets and Lilliana packed up their bags and headed out of the Madonna, they caught sight of Mina coming towards them. "Do you guys know the news?" she asked.

The four shook their heads. Mina held up a newspaper for the four to see. The top headline said The Triplets Are Back. Chase grabbed the newspaper from Mina's hands and read aloud.

"Yesterday, a group a no good kids appeared on Freedom Dock where the legendary Captain, Fairy Godmother, and Rogue set sail to the whereabouts of the Legend God, Hydroscious, three years before. The kids interrupted the grand speech being given by General Camille. The general took matters in her own hands and fought them. The gruesome battle of course showed that General Camille is the greatest Thunder God to live. In the midst of the battle, the crowd looks in awe as George Sanders, Chloe Grace, and Chase McKay proved to be the triplets."

"Well dang, we got in the paper!" George squealed. He was just a giant bubble of enthusiasm. They all were. The three were going to the God Guild where they would take a train to become the full-fledged Thunder Gods they were three years before.

"Apparently, Camille told the paper that the battle was fake, and she was testing the three and the Thunder God. She also said the cause for the change in age was a spell Hydroscious put on them. She also mentioned that the three had no memory of being away for three years. St. Benjamin kids were so shocked they must not have spoken about anything," Chloe said after she took the paper from Chase.

After waiting by the curb for another ten minutes, Camille finally came out with her advisors. Rider and Stacey were among them. Along with Staff. "I don't know how you guys wake up this early," Camille said with a yawn. She looked at Chase and sniffled. He just looked away in embarrassment.

"Alright this where we split up. All the kids will go with me, Mr. Reily, and Mrs. Barrett. The rest will continue back by car." From the looks of it, the three people who had to ride in the car were not very happy.

The group was taken to the train station. Once there, they would take a train that led straight to the God Guild. The train had detectors that would sound an alarm if anybody didn't have any mana flowing through their veins, like a Thunder God, Guardian God, or relic user, like George, they would be kicked from the train. The God Guild was a special secret.

At the train station, there was a purple rail that went off into the direction of the sea. It stopped right out of the gates. It had a special spot in the station to the far side.

The group waited for five minutes before a red and black train appeared out of nowhere on the purple railway line. The red and black train looked very old fashioned and had God Guild painted on it in bright orange cursive writing.

Chase didn't even need to ask what happened. He had a memory of leaving for the God Guild. The train appeared out of nowhere in a similar station, but it was in his hometown of Jade Valley.
