The new glader (maze runner)

Respect all trust few

It was morning and I had the best sleep well since I could remember and I felt a more calm after mine and gallys conversation when I had got out the hut Chuck came up to me

"Willow is it true your speaking to us again"

I looked down on him he was so cute in a little brother kind of way, I still found it hard to talk but I managed to get out

"Yes ofcource it is"

His smile was so bright

"Can I grab your hand I need to bring you somewhere"

"Yes, where are we going"

He grabbed my hand and ran pulling me

He pulled me to where a new little shelter it was made out of the scraps we didn't need for the huts but it looked cool still it had a little seat inside and a little window it had a a sleeping bad and looked very comforting Mihno and Thomas were waiting inside
Mihno came up to me

"This is a little place we made so if you ever need to get away there's a place for you" Mihno explained

I almost broke down in tears but instead I just hugged him tight he had no idea how much that meant to me

"Thank you so much!"

Thomas got up and came up to us

"Newt me and Chuck helped to"

I think he wanted a hug I found it quite funny I went up to him and hugged him and laughed

"Thank you"

Then I went and hugged Chuck

"Where's newt? He's also done this"

"He's helping with the food and me and Thomas have to go the maze is opening soon" explained Mihno

"Be careful and thank you thank you thank you"

They left it was just me and Chuck again I grabbed his hand

"Let's go find newt"

we got back to the huts and Chuck had to got sort something out so he went there and I saw newt I ran over to him and gave him the tightest hug ever

"Thank you"

He dropped the tool thing he had in his hand and hugged me back

"I'm guessing you've been shown the little place"

"Yes! Thank you so much that means a lot!"

"Your welcome willow"

I smiled

"I've gotta get on to sorting the crops out I'll see you later"
Newt explained

I nodded and I went to fix a roof because it had a hole in it

Thomas came back later at night fall but Mihno wasn't there with him I ran up to him

"Where's Mihno" I mumbled

Thomas explained

"We.. we saw a grieved he was distracting it while I got out and he told me to run and he would follow but instead he ran the other way to get the griever away from the entrance"

"We need to get him! We can't leave him! I'm not gonna leave him" I insisted

Gally came up to me and gave it to me like it was

"No willow! No one survives a night there and Mihno done a brave sacrifice let's honour that!"

The maze started to shut I had tears in my eyes and just looked at him and ran into the the maze I wasn't going to leave Mihno they all screamed my name but by I was already in the maze I heard newt,gally screaming for me from the distance and I heard Chuck I think he was upset but it was so hard to hear But I had to get on with the task

I had to find Mihno.
