Love at Book Store

Chapter 2

Mile POV

I went home from the book store grabbing the taxi from the main road . I dont know why my heart is still beating fast . I took shower to calm myself down and then my mum call me to have dinner .
"My son , how was the day today ," mum ask me pouring soup on a bowl .

" It was great mum ," I said taking the bowl from mum's hand .
"And where is Dad ?" , I ask looking around the house
" You know him , right ? His work is important than his family , " mum said angrily .

I dont dare to ask any further . Dad work in a Advertising Company . He is Executive Director there . He have to do many work from commnading the subordinates to reviewing the work due to which sometime he was not able to come home from office and its obvious mum get angry towards him .

I went to my room after having dinner and doing the dishes . I was still thinking of my encounter today at the bookstore . I dont know why but he ( Apo ) is still running in my mind . I can clearly remember his body leaning towards the book shelf while reading the book . He was looking soo mesmerizing that I cannt took my eyes off from him . Is it love at fight sight ? Did I fell for him ?

"No no !", I shake my head . How can I fall for a boy . There are soo many hot girls around me , approaching me everytime . I should not think about him . I laid down on my bed and cover myself from blanket .

It already became morning and still Iam not able to blink my eyes. His image is not leaving my mind whole night . I get up from my bed , took shower and change my clothes for college , red Shirt and black plain pant making me extra handsome 😉. And I didnt forget to took my car today .

While reaching towards , I saw Apo outside of the store, talking to a Old woman . He was smiling brightly towards her. He was in a simple attire today , wearing a blue shirt and black pant making him extra handsome. Iam again lost in his visual that I got stunned when someone horn me from behind for blocking the road .

I reach college and meet my friends : Ae and Pete . Both are my close friend from high school . " Mile , why are you late today ", said Ae grabbing my waist and dragging me towards the class. Pete was walking behind us .

"Ahh , finally todays class is over ", said Ae extending his hand in the air .
"Lets grab some food , Iam hungry ," Pete said pointing towards the canteen. I nodded my head.

We went to canteen and had our launch . I bid my farewell to my friends went back my car . Today, Iam not planning to visit the book store because I dont wanna have another sleepless night . So I directly went back home . Showered and had dinner. Today , dad was already at home . So we had our dinner and after doing dishes I went back to my room .

I still cannt get over Apo image from my mind even though I tried soo much to distract myself from him but seeing him in the morning , I cannt stop thinking about him . I took my  phone from the table leaning my head on the bed , I start to look him in  Facebook . I searched his name and after soo many wrong attempt I finally found him . His profile is with his mum where he is smiling brightly . He have quite lots of followers , I guess he is quite famous in his college too .

I scroll down his profile , there are many pictures of him having fun with his friends & family . He is really an outgoing person unlike me . I dont usually go out partying . Ae and Pete always get angry towards me that I never join them in club / party .

Next morning , again I was umable to sleep . Tossing aroumd my bed here and there . Seeing his profile all night made me to see him again .

I showered and put on clothes and went to college on my car . Today I left the house early so that I can visit book store . I cannt seem to control my feeling . I want to see him and know what actually Iam feeling right now.

I reach the book store , parked my car and went into the store . Apo was arranging the book which was scattered in the floor .
"Hi ! ," I said waving my hand towards him . It was quite early so noone was there in the store expect we , two .

"Oh , Hi Mile",  Apo looked at me with a wide smile . That again made my heart flutter .

" What are you doing in the floor ?" , I ask him .

" Oh , look at all these mess . Iam arranging them in the book shelf ", said Apo waving his hand with books towards me .

" And where is uncle " , I ask him looking around the store.

" Oh , he went to Chiang Mai for some work ", said Apo taking a book from the floor and putting it in the shelf .

" So you are looking after the store alone ?" , I ask him sitting beside him on the floor .

" Yeah , I have to . He will come back in few days so have to endure till then ", he said smiling at me .

I cannt escape from this reality that when he smile at me like that my heart beat soo fast that Iam afraid it gonna jump out from my chest .

" You need some help ? ", I said picking up a book from the floor .

" Will you ?" , he ask me making a mocking smile .

" Why didnt you come yesterday ? Uncle said you frequently visit the store in your college time . I waited for you ", he ask me looking at me .
