Love at Book Store

Chapter 15

It was already dark outside . Mile had already came home after meeting Uncle . His face was showing a sign of discomfort  and anxiousness. As soon as he came home he went to his room , telling his mum to not disturb him.

Mile was looking towards the moon from his room window , leaning on the side wall  . He had just came out from the shower , his hair is dripping some water on his white bathrobe . Looking outside , he is in deep thought .....

" Didnt Apo called you ?"

" He called but I was unable to pick up at that time " Mile paused " Now I cannt contact him "   " What happened Uncle ? Can you tell me please ?"

Uncle hesitate for a while . His eyes was shaking and finally he told -

" Mile , I can figured out , you dont know much about Apo " Uncle paused and continue

" Apo's father is well renowed businessman in Chiang Mai - Mr . Sumet Jiaravanon . He run pharmaceutical company -  He Yu Pharmaceutical Comalany  and have different branches around the nation . And as you know Apo is studying MBBS too "

Mile remembered the time when he spend the first night with Apo . That night while having dinner ,Apo had told him that he is studying MBBS and wanna become a skilled and well respected doctor in the nation , who can help people in need . Apo didnt talked much about his family so Mile was unknown that Mr. Sumet Jiaravanon was his father .

Mile wasnt much interested on TV news but he vividly remembered this name because few days ago this name was all over the news bacause of the new drug this company had invented .

Mile was lost in thought that uncle called him - " Mile "

Mile broke out from his thought and said
" Yess , Uncle Iam listening . Please continue  "

They were talking in a coffee shop . The shop was near Uncle Book store . There were not many people at that time in the shop , so the shop was quiet and they are talking freely . They had ordered two Iced Americano , which was already infront of them but noone had took a sip from it . Both are immersed in the conversation that they didnt realise their ordered had already came .

" P'Sumet had started his business from scratch " Uncle started talking ,"   He had faced a lot of difficulty in his way and struggle a lot . It was not easy for him to reach where he is today  . Being successful , obviously attract some rival in his business .  So in his jouney he met a lot of people who were jealous and always had bad intention towards him ."

Uncle paused and put his hand on Mile hand which was on the table .

" I dont know what is going between you and Apo . I had never seen Apo to get this close to someone in such a short period of time .  But Mile I just wanna tell you , if you wanna get involve with Apo then you have be careful because he is not from a normal family "

"‐---"

" Mile , the reason why Apo left suddenly is that ..... "

"-----"

" Apo brother , Gulf is missing . We are assuming that someone from P' Sumet rivalry had took him for the revenge  "

" WHAT !!!!! "

Mile wasnot aware of the fact that Apo had a brother because they actually never talked about their family beside themselves and their feelings . Because they thought why to talked about family when it all about two people , so both never bothered to ask about each other family in their meeting  . But now Mile realized  , when two people involve with each other , it was not only them but they should consider their family too .

And on the top of the Apo family is not normal and Mile thought that  Apo hadnt told him about his family because he  was not ready  yet .

Uncle eyes got teary . He really love his nephew a lot .

" We dont know where Gulf is ? How is his condition ? Had he eaten or not ? What those bastard had done to my poor little nephew ? " Uncle wipe his teary eyes . He paused for a long time and said

" Apo had went home to help his father searching for his brother . Dont worry Mile he will contact you as soon as he get time   "

After the conversation both seperated from the coffee shop . Uncle told Mile that he will go to Chiang Mai tonight and then Mile came back his home

Mile was anxious and dont know what to do . He was afraid that something might happen to Apo and his family background was another shock for Mile . But he was more in discomfort because there is nothing he could do and have no idea about Apo condition . He want to hug him tight and tell him " Everything will be alright " . But he dont know when he will be able to tell these words to him .

The room was dark and only light which had came from the moon outside the room can be seen . Mile facing towards the moon  showing his beautiful and tensed face with closing his eyes.

He remembered the day when they  kissed  for the first time , there was moon outside their window  too . At that time  both had looked at the moon , hugging each other and went to sleep . The moon became a sign of their love .

Mile walked towards his wardrobe and opened it . There was a small drawer in the wardrobe.  He opened it and took out the cigratte and lighter .

Mile dont smoke usually but when things get hard and he have lot in his mind then he smoke to clear his mind . And for today he thought he actually need it .

Taking cigarette from the drawer he went to same place , beside window. He took out a cigarette . His wet hair had already dried , he wrapped the cigarette between his long thin fingers , took it to his mouth and lit it . His thin waist and long legs are wrapped in the tight bathrobe showing his body shape .

This time he had opened the window and leaned on the wall beside window and took a puff from cigratte. The smoke had covered his beautiful face and disappeared into the air as soon as it came out from his mouth . Mile have lot of thing in his mind currently .

He dont know how to contact Apo ? If they had found his brother or not ? Or if Apo is alright or not ?

Mile was deep in his thought that suddenly his phone ring which was beside his bed  . After the incident happened with Apo call , nowadays Mile pick up the call as soon as it rings .

He hurriedly move towards his bed and pick up his phone . He had not finished his cigarette yet so he had a cigarette on one hand and mobile phone on another  ....

As soon as Mile pick up the call , his eyes became big , he was stunned

The name on the screen was

" Apo "
