Chapter 5

Mile POV

When I heard Apo will be alone tonight, I cannt control myself to ask him if I could stay with him . I dont know what he might be thinking about me when I suddenly offer him to stay a night with him , when its  been only  one week when we got to know each other .

" Will you be alright ?" Apo hesitated " Your mum might be waiting for you to return home " ?

" Dont worry I will call her " , I replied .
"If you want to stay then I cannt deny you " , Apo replied to me with a smile .
The smile seems like it have some hidden meaning but I dont know what it can be . Is he really happy Iam staying or he is forcing himself to be happy ?

I called my mum saying I have to stay in my friend house because of assignments . Yeah, I lied . I just cannt tell her that Iam staying with someone whom I just got to know for a week .

Apo lead me to his room which was upstair . We took stairs to go there . He push the door to open . The room was neat and tidy . There was a bed near the window ,  beside it there was a lamp on a table . Some books are arrange in book shelfs beside the door . And there was sofas between his bed and book shelfs , which was in light blue color , matching with his bed sheets color.

We enter his room , I was feeling quiet nervous from the inside . Like , its not like its my first time staying overnight in someone's house but it feels different ......just different .....

"Come in , Mile " , Apo turn back to me with his smile . " The room is quiet messy , please dont mind it " , Apo scratch his head with this word.
" You must be making fun of me , Apo . Damn your room is just one of the most cleanist place I enter for a sleep over . Otherwise I cannt even want to imagine how my friends room use to be - " , I replied .
Again Apo just Smile . When I see his smile , something run in my stomatch or does it fly ??! 😅

"If you want to take bath you can use the bathroom , it is right there at the corner " ,  Apo showed me the bathroom and I just entered the bathroom to take shower . Apo offered me his towel and pajamas to change after the bath . His pajamas was really comfortable .

" What are you reading ,Apo ?" I asked Apo as he was reading something sitting on the sofa , while I came out from the bathroom rubbing my wet hair with towel .
"Red , White and Royal Blue ", Apo replied .

I tilted my head" HUH " . Because I couldnt understand the name . Like it was my first time I heard of such name  but sound unique .

" Come here , Mile ", Apo called me waving his hand , patting on sofa beside him .

" I know you got confuse by the name ," Apo replied . "Can you Sit down on the carpet?  I will dry your hair , otherwise you will catch cold , if you sleep with your wet hair," as Apo said I sit infront of him on the carpet and he was in sofa . He brought the dryer from his bedside table . As I was sitting he came and start blowing my hair with hot & warm air .

" I know you got confuse by the name . It is 2019 LGBTQ novel , which  centres around the character of Alex Claremont-Diaz, the first son of the United States and his relationship with Prince Henry, a British Prince ," as Apo replied to me blowing my hair .

" So you enjoy reading LGBT novel too like love story between two men ?" , I asked Apo .

" Why ? Cann't I ? ", Apo replied to me . As we were talking his hand was caressing my hair . My whole body feels like some current is overflowing in it . I cannt even explain it properly because it was my first time Iam just feeling soo much different than usual . My friends always used to touch me in soo many areas infact in my private parts too but I never felt such type of feeling which Iam getting right now.

" I dont mean you cannt. Of course you can . Even I support LGBTQ+ ," I replied.

" Good , You are all done . Now you wont catch cold ," Apo said to me as turning off the dryer . I got up from the carpet and sit beside Apo . Apo divert our conversation so I didnt ask more to him .

" Are you not feeling sleepy , Mile ? You might be tired from going to college and working on your painting ? " , Apo asked me .

" Yeah , a little bit," I replied.

" lets sleep then . Mile you can sleep on my bed , I will sleep on the sofa ," Apo said to me while taking out  blanket from his bed .

" The bed is soo big for me . We can sleep together ,"  I said , as I was sitting on the sofa .

" But are you okay with it . Do you not feel uncomfortable sleeping with someone else? ," Apo turn around towards me .

" What are you talking ? No , not at all . Just came we will sleep together ."

So Apo and I are sleeping together in same bed sharing same blanket . I cannt even explain what my heart is going through right now . I feel like it will burst at any time soon .....

" Mile ", Apo called me suddenly " Are you sleeping ?" Apo asked me .

" No , not at all ," I replied .

" Can I ask you something ?"

" Yess sure , whatever suits you "

" You said that you support LGBTQ + right ? Just a while ago ?

" Yeah "

" So ......  "

" - -- "

" Yess tell me "

" Is it possible for you to fall for a guy ?"

Now what ?? What should I say to him  ? I turn around and Apo was already facing towards me ,now we are both facing towards each other . I have to give him answer right ? I cannt say no , when Iam feeling something different right now towards him .

We both were silent for a while . I couldnt answered and he couldnot ask more . We were both looking at each other silently . Apo face was shinning , as moon - light was falling on his face from the window .

" Of course its possible ..... "

I didnt even realise and my hand was already making its way towards Apo face .......
