"Hmm, what do you think about this one?" She asks.

"I love it! Especially because I get a music room!" I say.
"I think this is the one then. Let's see where it's located." She looks at the website.
"It's only a couple miles from here. It's 10 miles away it says." She looks at me with a wide grin.
"Want to call the realtor?" I ask.
"Hell yeah!" She says, picking up her phone and dialing the number.
"Hi, I would like to buy this house, the one that's listed for $499,379. On Jackson st."
"Okay great, would you like to schedule a tour before you make your decision?"
"Yes, please."
"Ok, what is your name and phone number?"
"Julie Molina, and my phone number is (***)***-****."
"Okay perfect, your tour will be tomorrow at 1pm, does that work for you?"
"Yes, that's great thank you."
"Okay, have a nice day!"
"You too, bye!"

The next day...It's 12:45 and we are on our way to the tour of our, hopefully, future house. 10 minutes later we arrive at the house. It's beautiful on the outside, just like in the picture.
"Hello I'm Trisha, nice to meet you, I will be guiding the tour today." The lady, Trisha, stuck out her hand and we both shook it.
She leads us into the house and we automatically see the living room and kitchen. If you look to the right of when you first walk in, you'll see a hallway. If you go down the hallway, you'll see two doors, one door is the entrance to the guest bedroom and guest bathroom. The other room is an empty room, we aren't really sure what that will be yet. If you keep going down that hallway, you'll come to the stairwells. One stairwell leads downstairs, where my music room is, and the other leads upstairs, to when the master bedroom and master bathroom are.
This house is small, but it's perfect for us. There is an outdoor area with a fire pit with logs around it, a shed, a small garden, and an above-ground pool.
"So, how are you liking the house?" Trisha asks.
Julie and I both say "It's perfect, we'll take it." It's cute that me and her are thinking the same thing.
"Great, I'll just have you sign here, and we'll call you when you can move in." Trisha says, handing us a contract and a business card.
"Thank you! Here you go." We hand her the contract back. And we head back to Julie's house. Soon-to-be ex house.
We get to the house and run into the studio and yell "We bought a house!"
Reggie, Alex, Flynn, and Willie run over to us and hug us tightly.
"Congrats you guys!" Flynn yells.
"Thanks guys, we are really excited. The realtor is going to call us when it's ready to be moved into. It probably will be a couple of days, but we can't wait!" Julie yells with a huge smile plastered on her face.
"We'll help you move when it's time if you want." Alex suggested.
"Thanks, that would be really helpful." I say.
We all pull back into another group hug.
This book has over 600 reads thanks to you guys! I think you know what I'm gonna ask. Any ideas you want me to do? I'm open to anything, well, almost anything.
