Tic-toc-tic-tocLucina hears the chemistry lab clock tic away, counting every minutes that passes by. looking around the people surrounding her, she could see the variety of activities students do to pass time, friends gossiping on the latest news about who was voted the hottest man in the world, The jocks shamelessly checking out the females intimate areas, the A students scribbling down every word the teacher says...
It was like this everyday. It surprised her how uninterested the teacher was regarding the percentage of students who never listen his "historical wisdom" as he worded it out.
Riiiiiiiiinng
The school bell rung signalling the end of the day.
The people rushed to the door, not caring about the teacher's reminders of the upcoming quiz they'll have on the next meeting.
Wanting to avoid the rush, Lucina waited until the class was empty before packing up her stuff and going towards the door.
"Lucina" her teacher called. She turned to him, raising an eyebrow, indicating the interest she has for the conversation, urging him to continue.
"do you mind? I'm kind of late to a meeting, can you give this to Mr. Gibbings at the faculty before you leave?"
As much as Lucina minded, she didn't want to put up a stubborn image. So she took the papers that were to be given to Mr Gibbings and went for the door.
.....
Tired
That's what Lucina felt as she as she finished the 2 sets of doubled stairs of the schools. She turned around, and glared at the thing causing her the suffering she's currently facing.
curse this school and their stairs
...To a normal person it would've looked as if she were having a foul conversation with the stairs. With that thought, she continued her way to the faculty office.
Turning the last corner before the office, she bumped into someone. Fortunately, she was okay..the other person though...not so much.
"A little help here?" someone called, snapping her out of her train of thought.
She surveyed the position of the damsel in distress. It appears that he fell onto the floor, which was caused by their slight bump, which by the way was more of a slight tap. The strength of the bump couldn't have caused a downfall of a person, especially someone built as this guy.
How unusual...
Being the kind person she was, she stared at the man, as though he was an alien that has crashed to this lovely planet.
"..or I could help myself, I guess" he awkwardly continued.
"My names Malu" he reached his hand forward, signalling a handshake.
Again, Lucina stared at the hand, completely confused as to why this person is trying to create an invisible acquaintanceship with her.
Unwillingly she reached her hand and shook his. A wide grin appeared on his face as she whispered
"Lucina"
As the boy opened his mouth, to reply, the faculty door opened wide, presenting Mr Gibbings himself.
"What are you guys doing here?" he questioned. This reminded Lucina of her mission for the papers she was supposed to give.
Without a giving a glance to Malu, she walked over to Mr. Gibbings, telling him about the papers.
"Oh come in" he said as he walked inside the faculty.
Quietly, Lucina walked in, turning around just to close the door, but not before spying on Malu who had a grin plastered on his face, as if he accomplished the best thing in the word...
What a strange man...
