"Let me take it off, it's not a big deal." the girl approached me and grabbed the edge of the transparent piece of paper, pulling it. My skin turned red and so I was trying not to scream. I left a sigh out and looked in the opposite direction.
The walls were colored and had lots of designs for tattoos and many drawings which probably were made by small kids. The flowers that were on the counter were already in their last day, but no one really cared. It was the cheapest place I could find to get this done so I rushed it.
The tattoo shop wasn't pretty to begin with but the people in it were so nice and made me feel comfortable for the time being. "I think I am alive, I can pretty much feel the earth under my feet." the girl laughed at my words and brought to me a ticket. I thought is a discount for something but it was actually for a spa treatment.
"Take this, we try to keep our customers close and make them feel better after a little pain so we do collaborate with this spa down town. All you have to do is how them this ticket and they will take care from there." I took it and had a look. It looked expensive but what is given, is always to take.
"Thank you, I might actually head down there. Please wait for me another time."
The girl looked at me a little weird, but what is done is done. I waved at her after the tattoo session and walked outside the store and took out my phone. It was 3:45pm so I still had time until they closed. I placed my hands into my pocket and walked towards the down town, knowing that it was a pretty shit are but heey, free spa for the day. Who wouldn't like to have their facial and some massage after a long day? Forget the dangerous part, all that is important FREE SPA.
On my surprise the down town was a little crowded with gangsters if I look better, but that is not the point and none of my business. "Hermes.." this was it, the spa. It was kind of too pink but it's understandable.
"Welcome to our corner of heaven, how or where can I accompany you my lady?" a tall blonde guy approached me and smiled as he looked me up and down. I didn't mind it o I showed him the ticket and smiled back.
His eyes became big and the hand that he was keeping in his pocket, he placed it on his mouth. "Excuse me, what is your name?"
"Oh, it's Akari Hai-....Ryuguji. Akari Ryuguji." he wrote my name down as he looked around the room with fear in his eyes. I followed him to a chair and sat down on it, waiting patiently for my turn. The red hair guy came closer to me, waving. "Akari, long time no see!" he was a little sweaty as he had some fear in his eyes.
"Oh? Akkun? What are you doing here? Ah...long time.." his appearance was something uncommon since he never spoke about the place he work in or at.
"Well I've worked for a long time here so I am quite happy since you're the first person I know as my client. Is everything okay? Need a new look?" After a few explanations, I sat myself on the massage chair looking at the lady who was doing my nails. I felt a burning feeling next to me just like someone is starring at me insistently.
I decided to look over my shoulder and see it for myself. "Excuse me would you mind stop-..."
"No, do I look like I take orders from an orphan?" that was it, I knew the feeling was natural and familiar so I just tried to forget about it. "Now please get lost in a good manner." I couldn't resist and laughed, laughed in a loud way as the boy with braids looked at me.
"So I see how it is...perhaps God really treats us like puppets and gives us different tasks and missions, just to have fun." I said what I said but the look on his face wasn't changing at all. I had peaceful days until now so someone explain to me what trigger did I pull to get into this kinds of situation?
"Hey, did you get over your heels just now?" the boy smiled and turned to face me as he sat there comfortably. "Your brother is in front of you and all you do is treat him disrespectful?"
"Brother? I know nothing sir, you've probably mistaken me for someone else but please take my apology." I knew he wouldn't bite it but I need more time, don't push me now into it.
A few hours ago
"Akari be careful, we got no time left but as you said we can take the risk and then take the consequences as well." Mitsuya's words were honey to my ears and the way he was saying it, the calm tone, now I know why girls are over their head for him.
"Okay, I will just take a day off this duty you guys put me in so please wait for me home. Even tho it became crazy for the past few days, I will find the reason behind it."
Ah...so this is where all began. I turned around and looked at him. "What do you want now? Hm? You know what? I have a phrase for you: you are the coward that always RAN away. Right, that's your name." The boy's face expression changed as he got up from his chair, walking towards me. His hand was on its way to my hair so I had to react back.
Without even looking, I placed my hand on a vase that was on the counter next to me, raising it high enough to smash it into his head. He kneeled down out of pain as his hands were around his head. I couldn't be more happier but I felt my heart breaking...since he was the first person I ever trusted.
"Sir, do you abuse women in public like this. Please ladies call the police or who knows who is the next pray." I leaned down to him, placing my hand on his cheek. I never saw myself like this before but since he was here, someone probably told him...WAIT! The girl from the tattoo salon...her face was..
I shook my head and looked at him, smiling. "Next time we trespass borders, I will kill you because your presence pisses me off to my own limits so please don't get any closer."
"That old hag...." his words could barely be heart but my mind and ears were already set somewhere else. I should run to Mitsuya as soon as I can to let him know that we are ready.
