The Confession

********Colin's POV******

Its Sunday already. I woke up with the biggest smile on my face knowing that today I will see her. When she emailed me I was so shocked I had to read it 2 times before i actually realized it was her. And look at the bright side I got her number. We haven't talk since Friday. I'm looking forward to talking to her today.

I heard the buzzer from the elevator from downstairs which was notifing me that someone wants to come upstairs to my condo. Then my phone rang with caller ID Mother. I jumped out of bed knowing it was my mom, I totally forgot about her. I left my room going downstairs to let her in. I tap the elevator code in and a minute later it came up with a ding and the doors open.

My mom looked better, will of course with the money she got from dad's death, she was the opposite of me she had medium lenth black hair, with big brown eyes while me and my sister's eye was blue like our dad, my mother was born in the Dominican Republic she spoke fluent spanish but no one would know because of how good her english is, we go there mostly in the summer to see my grandparents, but distracting me from her was the girl behind her.

"Colin darling" she said trying to kiss me but I resisted by turning my head and giving her a awkward hug instead.

"Mother, may I ask who is this person, you didn't tell me you were bringing someone. By the way how is Cassandra, I will call her later" I ask half angry and wanting to know about my sister's where abouts.

"Oh sweetheart Cassandra is doing fairly well at Harvard, she said she was be spending this summer here in the city with you, oh dear, Colin where is my manners, this is Samatha, isn't she beautiful, I would like the two of you to get to know each other".

I took a good look at Samatha she was very pretty, with nice straight long blonde hair and high cheek bones when she smiled. She had a very slim figure that fit perfectly with her long legs. Boy she is something, but she is no Tiana and she could never come close to her.

"Hello Colin, its nice to finally meet you, I've heard alot of nice things about you, your mother speak so proudly about you" she said blushing trying not to look in my eyes. Women. I always have that effect on them except one.

" Same here ' I said which was a big lie

Tiana's POV

I swear this is the happiest day of my life. I woke extra happy today, dancing in the shower, even my dad ask my if I was feeling well because I kept smiling while eating my breakfast. I'M JUST SO HAPPPPPPPPY. I can't wait to see Colin, I made a desicion that today I will tell him exactly how I feel about him.

I was now at work, 'The Kazu' was full today which was a usually on a Sunday. I kept looking for Colin but he hasn't arrived yet.

"Hey Ti can you cover table 8 for me" Macy asked as she passed me with her hand fill with customers food.

"Yeah sure" I say making my way to table 8. There were 6 boys in the booth.

"Welcome to The Kazu may I take your order" the boys looked up at me and laugh. What is so damn funny. "What is a sexy thing like you doing working here baby" one of the boys ask looking hungrily at me. "May I take your damn order before I let security throw your asses out". One of the boys grab my wrist. The same wrist I had sprain last year from playing volleyball in gym. I yelled out in pain. "Baby no body can throw me out do you know who I am". He whispered in my ear making my skin crawl. Everyone was staring at us now. I think I was going to pass out from the pain on my wrist when suddenly someone broke his hold from me making me fall back a couple steps away from him.

"Don't you dare touch her" OMG Colin, he saved me. "Or what buddy, I was just telling your sexy friend over there that she shouldn't be working here, I could make good use of her body if she wants to work as an assistant for me. Personally" the boy say with a wicked smile making his friend laugh giving him a high five. He was around 19 , he was so tanned he almost looked red. His green eyes bored into mine with rage.

"There they are in booth 8 throw them out" Michael said to the security guards while approaching. " Tiana are you okay" "yea im fine thanks to Mr. Steele" I said looking at Colin.

"Nah it was nothing Mr. Cade just doing to right thing" Colin said still staring at me.

The security guards escorted the 6 boys out. "This is not over I will have you to myself you little slut and I will rip you, when I'm finish you wouldn't even be able to walk" with that said he was gone. Did I hear right, he just threaten to rape me. THE FUCK.. was I the only one who heard that shit. I looked at Colin his jaw was clenched he look like he wanted to kill someone.

"Okay everyone we're sorry about the disturbance please do proceed and enjoy your meal" Michael said, with that everyone continued minding their own business eating there food. "Tiana my office" I followed Michael to his office. He took a seat behind his desk, and I stood because I know he would be quick because we had a full crowd.

"Tiana I know you were scared I'm sorry for what happened , but that boy is Wall Streets highest bidder's son, if he reports anything bad The Kazu is done." That explains why he's such an ass he's a spoiled rich kid Pssssssh. Piece of shit. "I'm sorry if your rich customer is more important than your employee's safety. Do you feel that way? You know what my wrist is killing me because your rich customer grabbed it so hard that I think I probably popped a blood vessel but because I need this job I'm still here and I don't need your pity . BOSS." With that said I went to the locker room to bandage my wrist and continue my job taking orders and serving.

I finally got to Colin's table, he wasn't alone, there was an older woman sitting opposite from him which I assume is his mother and a beautiful blonde sitting so close to him he looked uncomfortable. When he saw me he give me the sexiest 'I'm sorry' smile ever but I wasn't in the mood to blush so I give him a half smile back.

" Welcome to The Kazu may I take your order" I said lazily and tired, I just want this day to be over already. Colin looked at me in concern but Barbie caught my attention. " Can I ask you a question" Barbie asked. I was going to say FUCK NO but since customers come first I ignored my common sense and acted polite. "yeah sure".

"Is that your real hair, I mean most black girls where weaved but that look pretty natural". HOLD THE FUCK UP. Did she just asked that question. NO ITS JUST ME RITEEE. "Excuse me, for your information its weave not weaved bitch and not all black girls where weave some happen to like there natural hair like I do, does that answer your question" I said walking away, now everyone in the restaurant was looking at me, AGAIN. I felt stupid . I saw Macy looking at me too "Tell Michael I'm taking the day off my hand hurts" which was the truth but that's not why I was leaving, I took my apron off, went to the locker room to change and get my stuff then I walked out the door.

"Tiana" I heard someone callingme. I knew it was Colin but I didnt want him to see me like this. So I ignored him but he doesn't give up. "Tiana" he said as he finally reached my pace.

"WHATTTT Just leave me alone please. Go back to your pretty white girlfriend who has beautiful straight hair not curly hair that look like "weaved" I quoted with my fingers, I was crying. Why was I fucking crying? Fuck.

"Shes not my girlfriend and I don't want her Tiana I want you, I always have."
