"Darkness is the adjective to light."
Arthur wanted to question one of his brother's men, the man he wanted to question was called and Edward pushed him against the wall and said, "So who did you see when you were here on watch?"
"No please, I didn't see anyone, or maybe I did. There was some people or rather the same person over and over again who came here to this place"
"It's enough Eddy, let him breathe, if you don't want him to, then the only lead we have might be gone. So drop him and let the man speak"
"Okay, fine"
"Yes thank you Sir"
"Now tell us who did you notice when you were here on watch? And how did you know it was the same person over and over again?"
"Well he did wear a disguise over his face but he wore the same attire, who wouldn't notice that?"
"So what was he wearing?"
"He was wearing a suit, the ones that a store sells down Broadway Street, you know the really huge one? I tried stealing from there once before, but that was when boss here asked me to"
"Eddy, you are stealing suits now?"
"I didn't steal it, I just took it. It was part of a deal that I made with someone"
"Okay, what you do is none of my business. And what about the man, did you follow him or anything?"
"No, why would I? I mean he had nothing to do with me"
"Yes, yes why would you. You can go now, Thomas we are yet again at a dead end, how good is this guy?"
The poor man that was pushed against the wall by Edward was walking away when he stopped abruptly and said, "And why are you here?"
"Who are you talking about?"
"This man right here, you're a policeman?"
"Thomas he is talking about you"
"Yes I am a policeman, what you got something to say?"
"No I don't, I'm sorry I bothered you. I'll take my leave now."
"Sir people say that the killer is most certainly insane, but someone who had no mental stability can't do stuff like this. With the amount of precise planning needed, it doesn't seem like he lacks mental stability"
"Yeah, you might be right, he does have his motives"
While these events took place, through the doors of a candle lit room, a man entered a room, he stood at the entrance and waited while someone on the opposite was sitting at a desk, smoking a cigar. The man sitting at the desk wore, fancy clothing and had jewellery around his neck and on his fingers. Waiting for him to finish his cigar he said, "My Lord, we have made all the arrangements. It's the 29th of September. She's been kept in the underground cellar, we can start it anytime you want us to"
"No, I need to be there when all of this is happening, Jack will pay for what he did. This time, I won't let him go"
"Yes my Lord, oh and it looks like Jack is on the move again."
Arthur sat on his desks at the Yard while complaining, "Thomas, it's getting dull out here, Jack the Ripper has not made a move for the past 20 days, we did get so many letters, but many of them were a bunch of hoaxes. I'm starting to lose my patience, the last murder he committed was wiped clean, and all the clues we got were a dead end"
"Sir, a letter just arrived, it is addressed to the 'Boss'. Might that be you Sir Fredric?"
"He's never called me that, so we can't be sure, but read it out Thomas"
