"No matter how far humanity gets, the only thing that will remain is the unforgiving world."
"So what are you going to do now?"
"I have no choice but to kill you Arthur, working with you was fun in it's own strangeness but I'm afraid this is the end for you"
"How sure are you?"
A loud sound was heard, the man that followed Arthur laid dead on the floor. Thomas looked around and there were a gang of men walking towards Arthur, they stood beside him and from among the men, there came one from behind them. He walked up in front and shouted, "Arthur, today's a beautiful day, isn't it?", and Arthur replied saying, "Oh yes brother, it truly is a beautiful one today". Thomas froze in his place and couldn't move, he was completely over powered and had nothing that he could have done, he couldn't run away or try to fight them off because each one was bearing rifles.
He looked at the dead man that laid on the ground and imagined his own death, with a bullet in his head and left to rot on the street. Thomas had no choice but to surrender, he lowered himself and knelt on the wet ground that he was standing on, Arthur came up to him, looked him in the eye and turned away saying, "I'm disappointed in you Thomas, but I will have to take you in"
"Well, that looks like the only choice I have, I mean those men I see, aren't going to lay eggs when I try and escape, so this is the only option I have"
"Sometimes, there are instances where people go a stray and think that what they do is right, but the only thing separating them from insanity is the fact that they are clever enough to make an apparent success in their heads while devising the plan towards their own destruction"
"Arthur let me tell you a story, a boy lived on the streets of this so called city of London, he had a mother that he had to take care of. The house that they lived in had never seen better days, he worked hard to pay off the debt that they owed, his mother was ill and couldn't move from her bed. He had a little sister and they both worked as cobblers and shone shoes to make 10 Pennies a pair, they tried saving as much money as possible to pay off the huge debt that they owed. On a snowy day, when returning home alone from a long day of work, the little boy was happy, he had shone many shoes and had made a lot of money, he said to himself, "I can save this much and the rest could be used to buy something for my mother and my little sister, Christmas is around the corner so a little gift might lighten up their moods", he walked past a toy store that had quite the crowd, from among the crowd he recognized someone, it was his friend that polished shoes with him, he called out to him and said, "Hey, what are you doing here?"
"Wait what are you doing here? Didn't you tell me that your sister was sick today and that is why you had to leave early?"
"Ah yes I did, but I was looking at those toys and was wondering if I could buy my sister something with the extra money that I have"
"Wow, you made a lot today didn't you?"
"Yes, I sat at Waterloo Station and it was quite the crowd, just as you told me"
"Good for you, oh and I am here to buy a gift for my little brother, this place has cheap goods"
"Where did you get the money from?"
"You see this lady over here, she says that she is a nun and she is here to buy me a toy for Christmas, she even bought the other kids that work with us a few toys"
"That sounds wonderful, could you ask her if she can buy one for me as well?"
"I think she will, but she has one condition"
