Over the next fews days Mira's ability to walk by herself increased, getting to the point where Heisenberg felt confident that he could remove the metal plating on her side. Coming to this conclusion, he gently woke her up one morning with a plate filled with a romanian peasant omelette surrounded by bacon. Coaxing her out of her dreams, he let her sit up before handing her the plate. "So Mira, you've been feeling better since the accident, yes?" He sat down in the chair next to the bed and watched her expectantly.

Diving into the plate of food, Mira nodded her head. Swallowing a mouthful of the food, she smiled at him. "Yes, I'm almost back to a hundred percent because a certain someone is an amazing nurse." Giggling as she winks at him, she takes another bite.

Nodding as he leaned back into the chair, Heisenberg returned her smile. "I think it's time we fully remove the plating from your side." The corners of his lips turned down slightly as he paused, thinking of his next words. "I'm also assuming you are going to want to move back to the pub since you don't need me looking after you." Somewhat anxious as he waited for her reply, he absentmindedly cracked the knuckles of his fingers with his thumb.

Seeing his demeanor change as he spoke, Mira set her plate down. "Heisenberg, are you worried that if I move back into the pub you won't ever see me again?" Laughing softly, she reached out and gently grasped his hand. "For an old guy, I woulda thought you'd be a little wiser than that. Besides, it's not like I could hide from you, you can unlock doors without a key." She gave his hand a soft squeeze to reassure him. "I'll come visit the factory and you're always welcome to come to the pub. I'm also still your errand girl so it's not like we'll never see each other." Letting go of his hand, she picked her plate back up and went back to eating.

As that was said, they fell into a somewhat awkward silence until Mira was done eating. Once she was done, Heisenberg stood up and held out a hand to her. Helping her stand up, he held tightly onto her hand. Keeping her by his side, he led her back to the room where he had put the plates on as well as did the checkup. Helping her up onto the chair, he reluctantly let go of her hand. "Would you like my shirt to bite onto again?" Seeing her nod her head, he undid the buttons and handed over his shirt.

Getting to work, Heisenberg lifted up Mira's shirt and let her get comfortable before he started removing the rivets from the metal. Setting each one off to the side, he quickly made a small little pile of them. As he pulled the last one out, he looked up at her face to make sure she was still doing alright. Easing off the plate that was on the front of her body, he set it down and removed the back plate. Gently feeling the area, he was pleasantly surprised to feel that it felt completely solid (as much as a torso can feel).

Moving the metal parts away from her, he slid her shirt back down. "Alright, you no longer have my masterpiece on ya." Stealing his shirt back from her, he tossed it over his shoulder before scooping her into his arms bridal style. Playfully squeezing her thigh, he set her down. "How do you feel?"

Touching the area that had previously been a hole going through her, she shrugged. "Well, I feel fine considering I could've died from that injury only a few weeks ago and it's already pretty much fully healed." Smiling up at him, she excitedly wrapped her arms around him in a bear hug. "Thank you for taking care of me Heisenberg, I definitely owe you for it. Especially since you did tear through a few members of your army."

Chuckling, he accepted the hug and draped his arms around her. "You owe me nothing, you've already made up for it." His usual smirk slinked onto his lips as he gently squeezed her. "Though, if you really feel like you need to do something I'm sure there's plenty of things I can think of that I want to try on you." Winking at her, he dipped his head down to plant a kiss on her forehead.

Rolling her eyes, Mira let go of him and stepped back. "Well mister, in the meantime I think I should start packing my stuff up since I do have a business to get back to. Plus you'll be able to focus on creating more soldats without me here to distract you." Reaching up, she gently pinched his cheek seeing that he was already starting to get depressed at the idea. "For my return to the pub, I'll be making a large welcome back dinner. I'll be sure to save plenty for you, and maybe even make you a special dessert. It'll give you an excuse to come visit."

Pulling her back towards him, Heisenberg sighed. "I don't need an excuse to visit you, Mirabela. You're the only reason I need to visit." Rubbing her back gently, he let out a groan as the sound of church bells rang faintly off in the distance. Pressing her tightly against him, he rested his chin on top of her head, muttering softly "fucking bitch always choosing the worst timing." Hesitating, he let go of Mira and stepped back. "Miranda is calling a family meeting, I have to go. Don't push yourself too hard while I'm away, and please don't almost die again. It was hard enough getting rid of the pool of blood the first time." Chuckling at her shocked gasp, he cupped her cheek. "And try to make it inside before nightfall, I don't want you out when the lycans are most active."

Nodding her head, Mira rested her hand on top of his. "I'll be sure to be inside by then, Heisenberg, don't worry about me. I'm a big girl that can handle herself." Grinning up at him, she turned her head slightly to kiss his palm. "Don't be a stranger, and if you ever feel the need to move out of this place I'm sure you could find your way into the bed of someone who isn't local. I'm sure they wouldn't mind." Grabbing his hand, she cupped it between both of her's. "You also gotta tell me all about the meeting. I'm sure something juicy will come from it. I'll have the dinner tomorrow night, so you better show up tomorrow night." Squeezing his hand, she let go.

Mira led Heisenberg out of the room and he followed her back up to their room, making sure she was alright. Seeing that she was perfectly content with packing up her things, he grabbed the horse statuette and handed it to her. "Don't need you to forget about me between now and tomorrow night. It's going to feel like such a long time." As Mira took the statuette from him, he brushed his fingers against her knuckles and sighed. "I'll be at the pub around ten tomorrow, you can hit me if I'm late." Pulling her into a quick hug, he held her tightly against his chest. Kissing the top of her head, he let go. "I'll see you tomorrow buttercup." With that, he left the room.
