Just Business

Laurent finishes the dishes and notices Larry staring at him.

Lau: "What? Something on my face?"

He reaches up to touch his face with the back of his hand but Larry shakes his head to clear his thoughts and walks towards Laurent.

Larry: "It's nothing, what time is your meeting with diesel?"

Laurent completely forgot about the meeting, but luckily it's not until later, so he dries his soapy hands with the dish cloth and lightly touches his brothers shoulder

Lau: "At 9am, but I gotta go right now cause I have to meet up with Patrick"

Laurent then steps to the side, walking towards the living room to get his car keys and wallet from the glass coffee table. At the same time a huge smile appears on Larry's face and he forgets all about how he was fawning over his brothers beautiful features a moment ago, and realises that he'll be able to see the brand new edition to Jordan in just a few hours. Larry didn't have many obsessions, but of the few he did have, sneakers were his number one right after dancing with his twin.

Larry: "Tell Pat I say what's up"

Lau: "yeah, so I'll be back later... Don't forget to drop panam at the animal day care, we might be going to the diesel event tonight, if I take the deal"

Larry: "Don't settle"

Lau: "Never"

Larry nods his head and watches as his brother leaves the house, and pulls his car out of the driveway, closing the door behind him and turning on the security alarm, he heads towards the kitchen to check on panam, then heads into his brothers room and walks into his closet to look for a shirt to change into. Even though Larry has way more clothes than the average person and two closets just for his shoes, he likes to wear his brothers shirts when he's away as it brings him a sense of comfort.

Larry chose a black t-shirt and one of Laurent's leather jackets, then he heads back to the kitchen to collect panam and locks the back door to the apartment before jumping in his car and heading to the pet center. After Larry arrived he handed panam over to the caretaker and explained that he would pick him up tomorrow but the woman looked very flustered hearing this.

She was a new employee and Larry could see that as well, so it didn't look like she knew about the arrangement the twins had with the centre.
Of course she also thought that Larry was incredibly sexy and attempted to keep him around by engaging in meaningless small talk and shamelessly flirting with him but she also had this look on her face that made Larry feel very uncomfortable and a little creeped out. He wanted to get the hell out of there, but he had to make sure Paname was taken care of first.

Larry: "Hey, uh can you get Marie, she's used to taking care of Paname, I'm in a hurry"

Girl: "yeah ok... But tell me, are you a model?"

Without hesitation Larry stated

Larry: "Yes, I'm gay too so you might wanna chill"

Larry didn't know why he said that, since he was obviously straight, but something in him knew that this was the easiest way to keep this thirsty girl off him and just like he thought, her face sank in disappointment.

Girl: "I think Marie is in the back, I'll get her"

The girl walked away but as she walked, she smiled and looked at him like she was planning something. Larry just ignored it and looked away.

The centre usually closed at 8pm, but after the girl retrieved the manager, everything was sorted out. The manager knew the twins and thought that Larry was his brother at first but she quickly took paname and promised to take care of him.
