"Fuuton: Reppuushou.....a jutsu which either increases your own velocity or compresses wind and transforms into a powerful gale..... strong enough to knock over a person huh..." I mumbled as I read the description of the ninjutsu I was learning from the scroll that I brought with me.

I was sitting down on the floor next to Kakashi sensei as he rested, Sakura and I had managed to climb pretty high up our tree so Kakashi sensei told us to accompany Tazuna-san while he works. We decided to rotate the jobs between ourselves, she would follow him today while I look after Kakashi sensei and train and we would switch tomorrow.

Snake....Ram....Boar....Horse....Bird.....

I said out the hand signs internally as I performed the hand signs, making sure not to wake Kakashi sensei up. I clapped my hands together at the end, ideally that's how the jutsu is supposed to work.

"Someone is studying hard." A voice spoke beside me and I turned my head slightly to see Kakashi sensei looking up at me. "Kakashi sensei! Sorry, did I wake you up?" I apologised, instantly feeling bad if I did, Kakashi sensei really need to rest now and I disturbed him.

"No you didn't, I've been sleeping for a while now. Wind-style ninjutsu?" he raised an eyebrow at me.

"Ah, y-yeah..." I stuttered, even though this isn't my first time seeing Kakashi-sensei without his mask, I still can't help but feel captivated by his looks. He's my sensei, I don't have any feelings for him other than that as a sensei and his student but gosh I cant just stop admiring how someone could have that face.

"Other than my doujutsu, I could also use ice release, so I naturally can use the wind style and water style ninjutsu.... But I don't know much ninjutsu, and after that battle with Zabuza I realized how I needed to start learning new ninjutsu now." I felt slightly embarrassed telling Kakashi sensei that the Suiton: Mizurappa jutsu they saw me use in battle was the only ninjutsu I know other than Sasuke's fireball jutsu.

"While learning new jutsu is always a great way to become stronger, don't feel discouraged or put yourself down. You're a skilled genin and the top of your class weren't you? You'll learn more jutsu along the way as a ninja." Again, Kakashi flashed me that smile which had more effect compared to when he was wearing his mask.

"Anyways, it's almost dinner isn't it?"

I looked up at the clock hanging on the wall and nodded, "You should go and find Tazuna-san and Sakura and bring them back, I think I heard Tsunami telling them to buy some food on the way home."

I rolled up the scrolls and stood up "Wakata, I'll be leaving now then." I went back to my room and got my gear before leaving the house.

If what Kakashi sensei said was right then hm, they could be in town now. I should head there first then. Having a destination in mind, I turned towards the town and walked towards it.

There was nothing much to comment about the scenery on the way to town. If it isn't huts on water then its houses on land, the villagers had a similar attire to Tazuna-san, they even wear the same hat he does. Oh, but I guess you could say that the bridge they're building is something to look at, it's huge.

The town was crowded with people, even so it didn't seem like a happy town like Konoha where the villagers would smile, here the villagers all wore the same expression on their faces. Gloomy, defeated, as if they're just merely surviving and not living.

I could see people sitting by the side of the street, both old and young, holding placards asking for job or money, they must be starving. I walked further down the road and saw a girl with long pink coloured hair and I knew immediately it was Sakura.
