 ~  Isang sikat na actor ay natagpuang patay sa kaniyang tinutuluyan matapos umanong saksakin ng isang kilalang serial killer na nandito sa Pilipinas na galing U.S. Ayon sa nakuhang impormasyon galing mismo sa opisyalidad ng U.S ay uunti lamang ang alam nila sa natukoy na killer. Wala man masyadong impormasyon ang kanilang kilalang detective ay nasa Pilipinas para tukuyin ang naturang suspek. Alamin mamaya ang ibang detalye tungkol sa killer na ito. Ito ang--

Pinatay ko ang TV at nahiga sa kama. Bilis nga naman oo. Paniguradong magtatrabaho agad ako dito kahit na kadadating ko lang.

Napapikit ako sa ingay ng cellphone ko. May isa akong kilalang pulis dito na kaibigan ko. Malamang ay nalaman niya na dadating ako dito dahil sa pangalan na pinadala ng HQ sa police station.

"Oh ano?"

"ANONG ANO? PUMUNTA KA NA DITO" Nailayo ko ang cellphone dahil sa sigaw niya. Can't he chill? Duh,kakarating ko lang.

"Dude chill. Pupunta din ako, mga hmm.."

I looked at the clock and it says 1:37pm

"..1 hour. Bye~"

"ARIZA-"

I sighed pagtapos kong binaba ang tawag.

Jason Nicholas is a friend of mine na piniling madestino sa Pilipinas dahil sa pamilya.

I reached my phone once again when I heard it ding.

From: Jasongit

ARIZA FOR THE FIRST TIME PLEASE BE ON TIME. We have a report about the killer.

Agad akong napabangon. I smirk. Really huh? What kind of report I will know this time.

"Goodness you're finally here." Jason said

I gave him my bored look. Mukha ba kasing gusto ko magtrabaho agad "Yeah, yeah, whatevs. So what's the report?"

As we walked down in the police office, he started scanning some files that he's holding earlier.

"As the elite force report, it seems that the suspect target is really some big shots or well known celeb or senators. They're finding the reasons but moving on.." I already know the first one though.

"..palipat-lipat rin daw siya ng lugar. The other team looked into this and said that the suspect almost travelled around the world. The cases in another country is more than or less."

"So like, the suspect already like killed the half of some well known people?" I asked

"No. Not really."

Huh? That's confusing.

"E may pinaghihinalaan na ba kayo?" The suspect knows how to hide either their identity. So maybe they can mingle with some other people or maybe they had a other job other than killing some people.

Umiling siya saakin "As of now, wala pa. We're starting to be cautious to our surroundings since the killer is here in the Philippines."

"But what if we already know who the killer is-"

"Detective Lopez, you shouldn't ask Officer Nicholas such ridiculous things."

Ugh this old man.

"Chief Lacson, I didn't know you can butt in our conversation like that."

Chief Julio Lacson. A 40 year old man who hates mo. Tangina hindi ko naman alam kung ano ginawa ko diyan sa matandang 'yan.

He scoffed "Wala talaga magandang sinasabi 'yang bibig mo, Detective."

"Wala ka din silbe sa kahit na anong kaso... Chief."

Galit niya naman akong tinalikuran. Biglang tumawa sa tabi ko si Jason na akala ko ay seryosong seryoso sa tabi ko. Nang mapansin na napatingin ako sa kaniya ay bigla siyang tumigil at naglakad ulit na parang walang nangyari.

"Detective Lopez, I assume your base has a lot of information?" General Kim asked

"I apologize bu both of our side are also having a trouble about this case." I said as I bow. General Kim is from Korea.

Tumayo ako ng tuwid at nagpatuloy " This called killer is good at hiding, we can't even tell what their gender and seems that they're only attacking at nights or when their victim is in a deep sleep."

Ang ibang opisyales ng iba't-ibang bansa ay tumango- tango. Ang heneral ng Korea ay napahilot nalang sa kaniyang ulo. Mukhang gano'n din ang nangyayari sa kanila.

Kulang na kulang sa impormasyon.

"We can't just disclose this case. Compare to the other serial killer in the past, this killer right now is like a killing machine." The Chief of China said.

May in-open siya sa kaniyang laptop at may ipinakita siya saaming diagram "This is the cases that we have in our country in just a month. The killer is here in the Philippines but I think the killer is originally live here and they're moving fast in like travelling in other country and coming back fast as they could." He continued.

"That's what Office Nicholas and I talking about earlier, but our Chief Lacson here suddenly butt in. I wonder why, hmm." I smirk. Since wala pa silang iniisip kung sino ang maaaring maging killer, why not suspect this old man.

"Detective Lopez, what do you mean 'I wonder why'?" Some superior from other country asked.

" Well, Officer Nicholas is reporting to me about the other information that they got and I was about to asked him that, what if the killer is in this room?" I seriously said "And suddenly, Chief Lacson said that I should stop asking ridiculous things."

Their head turn straight to Lacson.

General Kim spoke " That's the possibility but why did you say it's ridiculous things?"

Gulat na gulat ang mukha ni Lacson matapos marinig ang mga paratang sa kaniya. It's alright to ask such things since I'm a detective and it's a 50/50 possibilty.

"W-what?! I SWEAR I'M NOT THE KILLER!" Biglang sigaw niya.

"That would be the killer could say." I said. He's looking at me furiously.

"That's right. We're not accusing you, well, kind of, but we're just asking why the ridiculous part, Chief." General Kim said. The other people in the room is shaking their heads as they heard the response of this police Chief.

"N-no w-wait-"

I walked towards him.

And whispered

"Don't worry, Sir. You're safe... for now."

I patted his shoulder and looked at the people in the room.

"I'm sorry, but I guess, we'll see each other again in the next meeting."
