Chris' POV
"I can't believe America's Ass is finally engaged." Mackie said. It was the next day and they stayed in the city that night. We met with them when Julia and I were able to leave the bed, what was very hard for me. I only wanted to be there with her all day long, showing her how much I loved and adored her, worshiped her as the goddess she was. So we were in my backyard, just something casual, having some beers and celebrating that happy event. "That was a very long trip."
"I think you were America's Ass now." I joked around. "A trip that was worthy enough to take... for her." I raise my beer and they both do the same. I saw how Julia left the house with a huge smile. She was glowing in her white dress, reminded me on the one she wore in Christmas. God, I was so lucky.
"She is gorgeous, right?" Seb said while watching my face and taking a sip of his beer. "You are enchanted by her."
"Can you blame him?" We al laughed with Mackie response. But it was true, I couldn't stop watching how grateful she moved, how her dress accentuated all of her curves while she moved, or how she smiled at me when she looked my way. What I loved the most was watching the new ring in her finger. Scott was asking her to show it to him again. And she was so proud and a little embarrassed, I could notice in how her cheeks turn a little pink. "Earth calling Evans, are you there?"
"We lost him, Mackie."
"I'm sorry gentlemen, I will come back in a second." I stood up and I could heard how they were booing me. I turn and gave them a huge smile. I walked to Julia, grabbing her waist and make her look at me. She was laughing at something Scott said.
"Is everything okay, Chris?" I nodded and kissed her. I could heard all of my friends cheering me. I lifted her making her yelped a little. "Chris! We have guests!"
"Kiss her, Evans! Kiss the bride-to-be!" I looked at Mackie, Hemsworth and Seb. They were all standing up. Julia was bright red but I didn't care. I kissed her again, like we were in an old movie.
"For lord sake, Chris! You are not a teenager!" Scott complained. I showed him the middle finger while I was still savoring Julia's lips. He just shouted a lot of bad words making my fiancée laughed.
"Leave the poor girl alone!" Lizzie said. "She needs to breath."
After a little few complains of my friends, I left Julia alone. But my eyes were still glued to her, following her when she walked inside the house, watching her laugh when someone told her something. However, my favorite thing was when she looked my way and smiled, only to me. She came to me, enjoying the way her fabric draw every curve of her body, but with special attention to her cleavage that was dangerously low. I could notice my smile drawing in my lips with all the nasty thoughts forming in my head. I readjusted my position in the chair due to my pants tightening.
"Babe, you need to start cooking, you don't want to kill everyone." I growled but the guys screaming due to over excitement, silent my words. She handed me her hand and tried to pull me over my chair. I resisted a little because of how cute she was. She bent, leaving her hands in both of the armchair. She was trying to look mad but my eyes went directly to her cleavage. I had the perfect view. She noticed and with an arched brow, she bit her lip. "You won't get any if you don't move your pretty ass of this chair and start to cook."
"She is a badass!" Mackie cheered her up and drinking his beer.
"Okay, okay. You win." I grabbed her waist and stood up while still holding her. "But you can't blame me when you look that good." I whispered in her ear and she looked directly to me eyes. Julia licked her lips and I almost lost my mind. "Please, don't do that. We have guests." I said acting innocent. She started to yell at me and punching me while I run inside the house.
"Can I still return him?"
"No way, Juls. Now he is your problem." I heard Scott said while I entered the house.
When I started the barbecue, everyone was helping to set the table. I watched how Lizzie tried to move but Robbie made her just sit still. Sam, Julia and Elsa were trying to bring everything but Mackie and Seb just got scolded for stealing some snacks. Hemsworth came to me when her wife told him to help me. I laughed at the so familiar situation and enjoyed how easy and happy life was.
"I'm backup, Evans." He handed me a beer and some snacks he stole from the table. I smiled and accepted them very grateful while I flipped the burgers. "How does it feel? To have such an amazing woman by your side and knowing she wants to spend the rest of her life with you?"
"It's amazing. I just can believe how lucky I am." I turned and look at her laughing so hard for something apparently Mackie had said. "I think I must done something right."
"Mate, that girl adores you! You definitely have done things more than just right." He winked at me.
"Oh, man!" I punched him in the arm and we both laughed.
I served all the food in plates and he helped get them to the table. I sat next to Julia and Hemsworth. My heart melted when I saw her rubbing Lizzie's belly. I started to imaging a very pregnant Julia, glowing like Lizzie was and I had to take all my strength not to take my fiancée into the bedroom. I could heard how Hemsworth tried to hide a laugh in his cup when he realized what my thoughts were.
"So..." Elsa started to talk. "Do we have a date? Are kids allowed? Because I have three..."
"And we will have one." Robbie said.
"If she wants to come any day soon." Lizzie sighed making all of us laugh.
"Well, we didn't discuss any of that. So, I don't know." Julia started to say. "But kids are allowed, my brother's kids are coming, so..."
"I would love and Autumn wedding." I said. Julia looked at me and I grabbed her hand. " This autumn, maybe?"
"That's 4 months away, babe."
"Would it be lovely to get marry in the date we met?" She bit her lips. She loved the idea, I could tell for how she was looking at me. Everyone in the table were looking at us with a very shocked and excited looked. "So, do you want to get marry in a couple of months?"
"Answer the poor boy!" Scott shouted making all of us laugh.
"What the heck! Yeah! I would love to!" I kissed her and I gained a little few not so good words from my friends. I laughed and grabbed Julia hand while I tried to ask for one of the dishes.
"Lizzie, I would need help. Do you think I could go visit you in NY and go shopping with you? I mean, when you are not so... pregnant?"
"Yes and please."
