Ruri: Hello?"
(Ruri was outside of the abandoned warehouse. She was banging on the door and pulling on the door knob. She wanted to make sure it was really abandoned and no one lived there. It looked like no one was there, but the door was locked.)
Dai: "It had to be locked for a reason. Maybe we should go to another one. There's a bunch of other ones down there. Maybe one is even bigger than this one."
Ruri: "Well I still want to look around here. Maybe they have some good supplies that I can use for building an arena. Plus that other place is pretty far. My legs need a little break."
Dai: "It's not that far. I can see it from here, sort of."
Ruri: "Yeah, sort of. Dai you can go over there if you want, but I just wanna check this one out right now. Just cuz it's here."
Dai: "Ugh fine."
(Dai stood behind Ruri as she tugged on the door. Dai decided he would help.)
Dai: "Here, let me try."
Ruri: "Oh yeah, like you can do any better."
(Dai turned the tip of his finger into a drill and stuck it into the keyhole. It broke it and the door opened up.)
Dai: "Done."
Ruri: "Well, uh thanks."
Dai: "You're welcome. Now let's hurry up and search this place. I don't wanna waste Kazu's time."
Ruri: "Ok."
(The place looked old. There was dust everywhere, but not as much as they thought. It didn't look too old, like maybe someone was here recently.)
Dai: "Huh? Do you think someone was here?"
Ruri: "I don't know who would. Maybe some construction workers."
Dai: "Or some teenager's."
Ruri: "hehheh, yeah."
(Ruri was a little scared. It just looked so creepy, then something made it worse.)
Dai: "Uh, Ruri?"
Ruri: "Yeah."
(Ruri turned to Dai and saw a tv. It was older, like maybe from the 90s. It didn't look that bad. Not like it was broken or anything.)
Dai: "Wow, that's not too bad. Do you think we'd need this for the tournament?"
Ruri: "Probably not. I feel like we could do something better than that. Now I'm starting to think maybe some construction might be being done here. Maybe we should go."
(Dai looked around for a second.)
Dai: "Yeah, I think you're right. Let's go check the other ones. Maybe they'll be bigger and cleaner."
Ruri: "Hehheh, yeah."
(They walked out through the front door and Dai closed it behind them. A few minutes after they left, everyone started to come out of the shadows one by one.)
Kage: "Those jerks broke my lock."
Cho: *Sadly* "And talked trash on our tv."
(Cho walked over to the tv and gave it a big hug like it had feelings.)
Kage: "A tournament? Hmmm, interesting."
(Kage turned to Z.)
Kage: "Z."
Z: "Yeah."
Kage: "You want to know the next step to my plan. Well, it's coming up."
Selene: "And done."
