"Sorry for waking you," I said flicking the lighter and putting the flame to the tip of the blunt, inhaling the various fumes.
"What's wrong?" Sage sat up from her sleeping position.
"Nothing... just some past issues have made themselves present." I sighed pulling out of the run down gas station.
"Delanie?"
How did she know? Did I bitch that much about the shit she did on my Twitter? I took another puff from the blunt.
"Can I at least have a hit?" She held out two fingers. I passed it to her and she took a big drag from it.
"Please tell me, was it her?"
I pulled over and saw Sage tearing up.
"Hey, hey, don't cry. Please. Yeah it was her but I told her to leave me alone. She started bad talking you and I told her she needed to shut her whore mouth and walked out." I choked between words.
"I love you." she kissed my cheek.
I grinned, "and I love you." I hugged her and started to drive back to her place.
