The surgery

Noelle stands outside astas room as the damage was to much for Owen to do by himself. Finral brings mimosa and Yuno to the hospital hoping they could help. "Noelle?" Mimosa says in a soft tone. "Mimosa." Noelle says running towards her crying into her shoulder. "Owen can't do it on his own. Can you help please." Yuno sits down putting his hands on his forehead before saying "I'm getting the church real quick. Mimosa please don't strain yourself to hard. I love my brother but I also love you and that baby more." Mimosa smiles and says "don't worry we'll be fine all three of us will." Before Yuno leaves Noelle grabs Yuno and asks him to come with her.

"Ah so your Yuno." Yuno is met by Ashton holding Licita ls hand in a wheelchair. "Ah Licita are you ok to leave you bed?" "It'd be worse if I stayed in the bed. I should be fine for a short time." Yuno asks "who're they?" " Ah right this is Licita and Ashton they're Astas biological parents." Yuno looks at them with a little glare before Ashton puts a harsh pressure over Yuno "What do you think you're doing give me and my wife a glare like that. You may be a king and his foster brother but do understand we had no choice I was on a mission on a remote island for all this time. And Licita had a curse where she sucked up mana and life force. If asta stayed he might have died with her and you'd have never met him." Ashton released the pressure over him. Yuno bows and says "I'm sorry for giving you a glare I thought you had just left asta and when he became a hero you came back into his life. Please accept my apology. Licita puts her hand on his before saying "It's ok I expected it but please when you get the church. Explain the situation now and also our relationship with Asta. I don't want to get in a fight with the sister." Yuno nods before asking Finral to take him to hage. After a few minutes mimosa comes out of the room with Owen as Owen says "We'll have to wait but right now he's stable." Noelle sighs before asking "Can I visit him?" "I'm sorry right now we're only allowing immediate family." "Noelle and Liebe both say "I'M HIS FIANCÉ/BROTHER!" Owen nods before saying "before going in I'm going to warn you. It seems the impact from something messed up his breathing. We have a tube in his throat so he can get air. Once he wakes up we'll be able to use magic and fix it but right now it's to dangerous. Mimosas magic isn't strong enough and I have to be precise. But once he wakes up he'll be fine." Noelle lets out a sigh before Owen rushes back in to the sound coughing. "Shit it's not just his throat it's his lungs to he must have blood in there. Noelle I need you!" Noelle rushes in as Owen says "can you make a super small dagger." Noelle makes a dagger as thin and wide as a pencil. "Perfect I need you to stab right here." "STAB?!" "YES STAB IF YOU DONT HURRY HE MIGHT DIE!" Noelle a little hesitant stabs the spot Owen pointed out. Blood comes shooting out as Owen puts a small tube in the hole. Blood star climbing the tube as Owen sighs and says "ok now he shield be good. Once the blood leaves his lungs he'll probably wake up."

Noelle sighs in relief as she sits nest to him holding his hand saying "Why is it so hard to love you. Almost every day your injured." Tears falling she says "when you wake up you better not worry me any more. I don't want to be a widow before I'm a wife." As she says this the church and Licita and Ashton enter the room. Noelle notices the little girl that looked like her was missing. She remembers what asta told her about his as she hold his hand tighter. Both Licita and Lilly cover their mouths in horror at the state astas in. Recca walk over to Noelle and asks "Will big bro Asta be ok." Noelle smiles before saying "Owen says he'll be fine. If he isn't I'll kill him. Noelle says tears falling. Sister goes over and hugs Noelle saying "He really loves you. He's definitely fighting to see you again I know it."

It's now night as Asta feels a weight on his legs and weird things in his mouth and chest. As he looks he sees Noelle and two pipes sticking out of him he starts freaking out before Noelle quickly hugs him. "Calm down right now they're keeping you alive. Let me get Owen really quick. He'll be able to fix you in no time." Noelle says with a smile as she walks out the door. As both undine and Liebe pop up by Asta. "You know she hasn't left you side ever since you've been in the bed." Undine said before Liebe said "yeah and she said if you make her a widow before a wife she'd kill you herself." Asta with sweat dripping try's to lay down so he doesn't mess anything up. "Asta glad you awake now I can fix the rest." Owen says walking through the door. "Good seems the blood has also been sucked up. Owen takes the pipe out of his chest sealing it fast with his magic. " Asta I need you to listen to me very carefully. You need to take a deep breath so I can take this pipe out and fix your throat. If you don't two things could happen. One you pass out while I do this and I accidentally mess you throat up all together. Two you will need to rely on a tube for oxygen." Asta nods before taking a deep breath. Owen pulls the tube out and start using his magic. Within seconds he's done and asta takes a breath. "Thanks doctor Owen." Asta says very very raspy. "You voice is going to be raspy for a few hours by the way please refrain from talking." Asta nods before taking Noelles hand. He indicates for her to snuggle with him before she places her hand on his head. "Not right now. We'll do it once we're able to go back. Don't worry I'm still going to sleep in here so try to fall asleep till morning." Noelle says kissing his forehead. As they fall asleep.
