The day we dropped Ethan off at the airport I saw in his eyes the heartbreak. The heartbreak of leaving the one you love. I hate it for my best friend. After the hospital incident it made me realize how much I care about Kayleigh and Sam.
Sam is like a breath of fresh air. Always happy and smiling and he makes me happy. I need to start thinking about my life. My future. Especially since I know Ethan belongs here and will never return to our hometown of Mobile. I don't even know why I am still there.
Kayleigh is now 6 months pregnant and growing by the day. She's still beautiful as ever. But lord she is huge. I'd never say shit to her face and I will continue to tell her she looks wonderful.
We are planning on the babies bedroom and names. Kayleigh already said they have names picked out but will not say what they are. Asshole. I booked my ticket for thanksgiving to NC so I can spend it with Sam and Kayleigh. Will be the first one in almost two years I won't spend it alone. I'll spend it with people I love. Family.

I can't believe it's already Christmas and the twins will be born in a week. I almost feel like the daddy with how much I've done for Kayleigh these last few months. Blake and I decorated the twins room, put together furniture and did a baby shower at Kayleigh's clinic.

Her emotions have been all over, but I'd never say that out loud. The closer she gets to giving birth the worse she gets. She doesn't want to be a bad mother and the father of her children is overseas. I'm doing the best I can, but I know it's not enough sometimes.
Today is Christmas and Blake and I are making a small dinner for the three of us. Ethan is on FaceTime while we all open presents. Blake got me a few new dress shirts and a sweater that says uncle in the making. Kayleigh and Ethan gave me a diaper bag and a portable crib. I guess this is the easy way of saying "this is for babysitting". I gave them two round trip tickets to the Rocky Mountains for a "honeymoon" to Breckinridge next winter. The best present for last was my present to Sam. It's a key to my bedroom. For him to move here with us. I know when Ethan returns We would need to move out for their family so this is step one. For my future.

My children were born today and I missed it. The mission took longer than it was suppose to and I fucking missed it. Hearing my love say over and over it was alright and that they recorded it so I could watch it. My children are beautiful.
My son Rhyker Bullett Pierre and my daughter Rhyder Beretta Pierre dressed in the cutest outfit. I love them already. My woman is amazing. She looks so beautiful with her smiling face. Full of love.
