Today are my first born babies 16th birthday. Who would've thought we would make it here. Ethan retired from the US army as his New Years celebration. For the kids 1st birthday. My celebration was that I was pregnant again. This time with only one his little princess Ria Blair Pierre. Two years later we had our fourth and final child. Raydin Brooklyn Pierre. Poor Rhyker the only boy. The spitting image of his father. At 16 he stands at 6'0 and is a ladies man. Our daughters well they are all beautiful. Rhyder is above average at 5'10 and Ria at 5'8. I think Raydin will be my spitting image as an adult. I couldn't have dreamed a better lift then we have.

After the third child we needed a bigger house and with my clinic excelling beyond words I no longer work. Ethan went and became a general surgeon after he retired and we bought our forever home. It's blocks from the beach and our best friends.

Sam and Blake are now married and have adopted two beautiful boys. Kayce Paul Louisville-Black and Noah Luke Louisville-Black. They are six and seven and the most precious boys. My girls love them. It took awhile for them to be approved to adopt because they are gay. After a lot of home checks and therapy sessions they were granted their wish. They still live in the beach house and we visit often.

I don't know what I deserved to have this life. Four amazing children and a beautiful wife. Rhyker I believe is trying to send me to my grave early. At 18 he's having his first child. The problem is the girl is a whack. The only reason she hasn't aborted yet is because we told her we would take the child when born. Rhyker has a full ride scholarship to UNC for basketball and we plan on helping raise the new addition so he can still Have his dream. I'd really do anything for my kids. Like allowing my 18 year old to move to Tennessee to live her dream. A country music singer. I must be crazy. The things we do for our children. Ria well my little princess is 15 and becoming sassy. She's our sports guru and already has scholarship offers from multiple universities. Raydin our golden daughter. Straight As and her mother's twin, so intelligent. She plans on going to Yale and studying medical. Shes still young so the world is at her finger tips. She's not sure what department yet, but is open to many. Once again what did i do to deserve this life.
I still can't believe we will be grandparents. I'm 48 and graying fast. Kayleigh says I look sexier the older I get. Little does she know she's even more beautiful than when we met. All it took as one letter overseas to change my world upside down. Make me into the best man, father, husband, friend I could be.
