I'm at the factory today for the first time since before Christmas. I had an induction day before winter break but this feels like the first day of school! I will miss Williams immensely and I've missed the atmosphere around prepping for the new season. I pull up in the car park and step out grabbing my backpack before I walk into reception. "Good morning" I say to Rebecca who I met on my induction say as she is sat on the desk today "Morning Molly" I walk through the swipe gates and head towards the cafe to get a coffee. I didn't have a chance to get one before I left the house this morning as I overslept.

I've been working through emails and scheduling for about 4 hours now. I've taken on George's PA duties as Mercedes haven't found the right person yet! I don't mind but it is definitely more work! I've been booking hotel rooms and flights that fit his schedule around the team one. It's been a productive morning as I've got winter testing full sorted. "Hey Squirt" I look up to see George leaning in the doorway "George! I didn't know you were in today?" He grins "just some engineer meetings and a seat fitting" he explains and that makes sense to me, Lando is at the MTC today to check his seat fit. "Wanna grab some lunch?" I nod shutting the lid of my laptop and walking over "my brain was starting to melt" he laughs "emails?" I nod "and booking all of the additional stuff for you! It's a nightmare" he laughs "I forgot you took on the PA stuff too! Don't worry I won't ask for much!" He explains and we walk out of my office.

Once we've both grabbed lunch we take a seat in the corner of the cafeteria. "How's Lando?" He asks taking a bite of his salad "he is good, as excited as you too get in the car and get back racing" George nods "what about you guys together?" He asks "we are going good, after the shit show that was last year I'm quite relieved that we are where we are" George nods "made any wedding plans?" I shake my head "not yet, possibly
Winter break" his eyes widen "a whole year, I expected him to want to get a ring on your finger quicker than that!" I laugh "well we are busy people George you know this! End of the season seems the best idea!" He nods in agreement "yeah absolutely! Had any thoughts on who will be bridesmaids?" I shake my head "I don't really have an female friends, so I was thinking I might have best men too" he grins "and who would you pick?" He acts all innocent "well Alex obviously and possibly Charles depending on how we are getting on" George acts offended "but I'm going to need my best friend as my best best man and that will be you Georgey boy" he does an air pump and I'm glad he is pleased "I'm assuming Lando will have Jon and Carlos so you are free to be on my side" I tell George "well I would be on your side regardless Mols"

It's very strange working for another new team, this will be my 4th in F1 and I find that crazy! I have hardly met anyone yet as I transferred over with George and it's been winter break! I'm on my way to the media office to plan a schedule with Lewis' PO Liam for the upcoming season. It feels surreal working alongside people who work with Lewis Hamilton 7x world champion. I've barely spoken to him in the paddock but Seb always says nice things about him and I trust that he is a good judge of character.

"Afternoon!" Liam says as I enter the small conference room "Hi Liam!" He grins at me "how are you finding your first official day?" He asks and I frown "busy! George is in high demand" he nods "new boys always are!" We settle down comparing already made schedules and coming up with content we can put out during the season. Lewis isn't a fan of teammate challenges so we have decided to do track talks on a Friday with them as a pun on the track walk and both drivers will explain what each track needs and some of its history, it should be a really informative feature. Once we have pencilled everything into the diary I start packing away my laptop and iPad "so you and Norris are engaged?" Liam suddenly asks and I look down at my ring with a smile "Yeah he asked in Mexico" he nods "cute" he mutters "well it's been productive! See you tomorrow" I say and he grins "looking forward to it already"
