The ride to Umtata is quiet and comfortable. I miss the old ladies I was riding with the last time though. As soon as I get off the taxi at the mall, I get this weird feeling that I am being watched. More like I am in danger. My heart start beating fast as I walk towards the restaurant Ian and I agreed to meet at.

As I am approaching the restaurant I get even more nervous. Ian is waiting for me at the door just like the last time.

I dont know if its on my head or not but he looks nervous too. I try to calm myself down as I approach him but its just not working. I dont know what is happening but I am getting a bad feeling.

I continue walking until I am standing in front of him and he smiles, his smile not reaching the eyes.

I am not getting good vibes today. Something is not right or is it just my overthinking mind?

"Hey beautiful" he says. I greet him back forcing a smile.

Something is not right here, I just cant put my finger on it.

"You good?" he questions.

"Not really" I answer. My nerves getting the better of me. I am slightly shaking now.

"What's wrong? Is it your husband? Is he here?" he questions and I cant help but wonder why he sounds more interested in my husband.

I shake my head getting rid of the doubts.

"Nah he is not here. Why will he come here? Him and I are done."

"Okay I have a surprise for you. You ready?" he questions and I fake smile. Something is off about Ian's energy today. I am getting weird vibes from him and I dont like it. I dont even want to see this surprise he has for me. I am just very uncomfortable around him today, its weird.

"Can we eat first?" I ask trying to buy myself some time hoping maybe Jay would appear again and save me. I cant shake off this feeling that I am in danger and I dont want to take chances and hope for the best.

"Well I am taking you to a restaurant, you said you love this restaurant." he says pointing to R Mamas.

"But I know a restaurant that makes chicken wings and I made a reservation for us. I cant wait for you to taste their food, you will never come again. Come on lets go" he says taking my hand and slightly pulling me. I get more scared as we approach the parking lot. His car is parked on the basement parking, far back. Its a black BMW with tinted windows. I dont remember if he had this car but his car screams GANG!
