Todoroki Enji, Endeavor, the Flame Hero, is a proud man. He doesn't apologize when he's in the wrong, instead he works hard enough to prove he's right, which means he was never wrong because he would always always prove that he's right. He knew he's good looking and the deep pockets that came with his family name, as well as his popularity being the top 2 hero, makes him quite the catch. He had his fair share of lovers. An instinct. A necessity. A release. Until you. Everything about you was exhilarating because you fought back. You didn't let him walk all over you. He wonders if you noticed how he shivers whenever you used your quirk on him. Not from the cold. But from the thrill.

He places the coat around your shoulders; you couldn't help but stiffen at his thoughtfulness. "You should be inside, wife."

You looked small in that instant, hugging yourself and pulling the coat tight. Ever since you were with child, you became frigid with him. He doesn't understand why. Shouldn't pregnancy make you two closer? One moment you were amiable to him and the next you held him at arm's length.

"Do you know any constellations?" You looked at the stars. It was a cloudless night.

"No." was his answer. He wished he did. It wasn't too late to memorize all 88 constellations. Next time you ask, he'll have an answer. And he was so good to you sometimes; but it's bad how a human mind can adapt to a 'new normal'. That hitting each other was normal. Hurting each other were something of a norm between married couples.

"...i wish the stars would drop and destroy everything." You muttered under your breath, lost in your imaginings. Enji didn't catch that; it was nothing. He likes you. It was not nothing. Though, never said out loud. It felt like losing if he admits it first so he endeavors... to win you over.

He hit me and it felt like a  kiss

Rei, your twin, an apt description of her would be someone melting at the slightest touch of warmth. A description of you, however, was an old soul of a glacier which may seem like unmoving but move, you do, only slowly. Anyone foolish enough to rush your thawing will be disappointed. Glaciers, powerful they may be, can be moved and only be moved by patience as endless as the ocean. Patience... is not something Enji is known for.

The bedroom was thrashed. The picture frame of your family that you kept in your drawer lain broken on the floor. Your clothes were thrown around, ripped or burned. Your vanity crashes down and you flinched but you stood your ground. He can't hurt you. Not with his child inside you. You caressed your stomach and he stops at the action when he finally glanced at you. What was he thinking? Why was he acting so juvenile when it comes to you?

"Are you done throwing a tantrum?" You ask in a cold tone. And it sparked the fire again. 'Cause you were a cold bitch, unfeeling and uncaring towards him. Here he was falling in love with you, so why the fuck aren't you falling for him?
