Ik-Jun's POV
I looked at the blue box that sat in my pocket. I opened it to reveal a silver ring with a diamond in the middle. I was going to propose to Song-Hwa today at dinner.
"Ik-Jun! Why did you call? I thought you had a surgery." Song-Hwa exclaimed.
"It was canceled. Do you want to meet at the park later at..." I look at my watch. 7:56 pm. "8?"
"Sure! Let me pack first and I'll head over. Love you!" She ended the call and I dashed to the bench. I waved her over and Song-Hwa plopped into the seat next to mine. "Is today something special?" She drinks her ice coffee. I get down on one knee and take out the box, opening it.
"Chae Song-Hwa, I love you with all my heart. You make me a better man and I can't imagine my life without you. Will you marry me?" I ask and she stays silent.
"YES!! OF COURSE!!" I slip the ring on her finder and she kisses me.
