I am having an internal conflict about the personality of y/n... blame it on a youtube video I watched called "If y/n was real".

Anyways, hope you like this one-shot! Leave a vote and comment, those make my day <3

Sitting under the stars, leaning against Olivia, you couldn't stop the smile from breaking through, leaning up and kissing her cheek. She looked down at you, smiling and peaking your lips.

"What's that for?" Olivia asked, making you giggle as she wrapped her arms around your shoulder.

"Just really lucky that I got to meet you all those years ago," you explained, looking up at the night sky once more. "I guess the universe knows what it's doing when you moved into the empty house next to mine."

Olivia laughed, pulling you on top of her and laying down on the grass of your backyard. You snuggled close to her, laying your head on her chest, feeling the calming sensation of her hand running through your hair. "The universe sure knows what it's doing. I can't imagine being here with anyone other than you."

You hummed in agreement, closing your eyes, soaking in the tranquil moment.

"Do you remember that time in elementary school?" Olivia suddenly asked, making you tilt your head, looking up at her questioningly.

"There are a lot of things that happened in elementary school," you deadpanned.

"The one where you convince me that putting eggs on my hair would make it healthier," Olivia continued. You burst out laughing, remembering that moment.

You shook your head, trying to stop your laughter. "I can't believe you actually did it."

She pouted, pulling you on top of her once more. Your laughter was cut down when you felt her lips on yours. Olivia pulled away a few moments later, a smirk on her face as your face heated up. "I'm glad you find my pain amusing."

"It wasn't even painful!" You protested. "You were the one who told me to break a raw egg on your hair. You know, I still want to know if the egg cooked in the shower."

Olivia rolled her eyes, pushing you away with a pout. "Shut up. It didn't. If it did, I would've screamed."

"Imagine if it was actually an egg that contains a baby chick. I think I would actually die if that happens."

"At least the baby chick won't be on your hair," Olivia pushed you again playfully, earning a laugh and a kiss in return. You laid in silent with Olivia once more. It was moments like this, where the two of you would just joke around, that made you fall in love with Olivia all over again. She was one of the best things that happened to you, you can never deny it.

"Remember our first kiss?" She suddenly asked, propping herself up on her elbow. You looked up at her, a blush appearing on your face at the way she was staring at you. Her brown hair falling down her shoulder, her eyes so full of love you just wanted to kiss her and tell her 'I love you' over and over again. "I still can't believe we shook that off as an accident."

Of course, you remembered your first kiss, it was in sixth grade. But back then, neither of you know that you like girls, so both of you shook it off as a mistake and try to forget that faithful night.

"It wasn't the first kiss I was hoping for," you started, quickly adding on when you see Olivia's face fell. "But it was the most special kiss I'd ever received."

Olivia kissed you once more, her eyes lighting up. She whispered softly. "It was a special kiss to me too."

"I'll say you're a better kisser on our second first kiss," you nudged her playfully.

"That's because I was an experiment kisser on our first-first kiss," Olivia reminded you, pulling you down into a kiss once more. You wrapped your arms around her neck, kissing her back. She pulled you on top of her, running her hand through your h/c hair. The two of you broke apart in what felt like an eternity later, both gasping for breath. She looked down at you, her brown eyes studying yours. "Was that better?"

"It's different," you whispered. "The first kiss was special because it was a first and we didn't know what we were doing. But it just proves how wrong I was when I thought we're only going to be best friends. This kiss shows how much you love me, so it's special in its own way too."

"I think you're a good kisser on our first kiss. Was I not the first person you kissed?" Olivia pondered, voicing out her thought.

You laughed, rolling off of her. "I'm trying to be romantic here. And no, you are the first person I kissed. Honestly, the only other person I'd kissed was a boy in my freshman year. He sucks at kissing, in case you were wondering. I think I was his first kiss..."

"Poor boy didn't know you already have someone," Olivia nudged you. You nudged her back, resting your hand on her stomach, your fingers interlocked together. "And I think you're obviously way better at this romantic stuff than I am. Seriously, I count take out and cuddles on the couch romantic."

"It is romantic," you rolled your eyes. "I think you're watching too many romance films. Or maybe reading too many romance books. Seriously, your standard for something to count as romantic is pretty high. You do know every time you say I'm doing something romantic, it's as simple as yours."

"A trip to Disneyland counts as sweet and romantic," she protested. "And making me dinner also count. And I don't read romance books."

"Mhm," you gave her a pointed look. "Keep telling yourself that."

Olivia punched your arm playfully. "Shut up, I hate you so much right now."

"I love you too," you kissed her, making her forgot about everything you just teased her about.

"I love you so much, y/n. I love you from the start," she whispered, her lips ghosting yours.

"I love you to the moon and back," you said cheesily, making her laugh before pulling you down into another kiss.
