"You look lost." A voice behind the bar table stated, making me turn around to look who it was.
I made my way to where she was, pushing some bunch of strangers around that are in my way. I sighed, taking a seat on the stool.
"That's because I am." I answered and she arched an eye brow. "I don't get how you guys party like this." I gestured with both my hands to the group of people that were surrounding us.
"I don't get it either, but Tony does." She nods, looking at a different direction, making me follow her eye line and it landed on Tony, who was enjoying himself.
"You drink?" She asked, once I turned my eyes back to the redhead.
"What do you think I am, ten?" I stated sarcastically and she made an eye roll. "Fine, I do."
"What do you drink then?" Natasha asked, as she looks at me, batting her eye lashes.
"Scotch, single malt." I answered directly and she slightly tilt her head to the side.
"You've got a taste." She replied as she pours me a drink.
And as I watched her do that, I can't seem to look away. "How did a pretty girl like you ended up working in a dump like this." I stated out of my conciousness.
She looks back at me, amusement written in her face. "Are you flirting with me?" She asked while handing me my drink.
"You call that flirting?" I asked back. "I can do so much better than that. Plus, I was just asking nicely."
"By using the word dump?" Her voice somehow became challenging.
"I was describing the bar not you." I defended.
"Which is my work." She added.
I brought the glass to my lips and take a sip yet her eyes never left mine.
"You know, you're very intimidating for a woman." I started another conversation.
"Is that the flirting part?" She questioned and I gaped at her.
"What — no. Why are you so keen on me flirting to you." I blurt out.
"Because I like you." She added out of the blue and I was out of words and from the look of her face, she didn't intend to say that.
We just stared at each other for a moment, neither of us knows what to say, but when I had something to say, someone interrupted.
"AVENGERS!" Thor boomed. "Gather around."
From this moment, I was now seated in between Steve and Bucky as the rest of the team find their own seats, scattering around forming a big circle.
"All right, let's play a game." Tony clapped his hands, getting all of our attentions. "Seven minutes in heaven, I've heard about it and it's really that popular." The room fell in complete silence, none of us really knew how it works. "Anyone up?" Tony added, but still no one responded. "I take that as a yes."
"Oh, it says here, that two people will be locked up in a closet." Bruce who was now holding a gadget, stated. "Let's start with a bottle."
"Spin the bottle, Stark." Cap demanded.
"No need to tell me twice." He smirked back before spinning the bottle.
It landed to Bucky.
"We'll start with Manchurian Candidate." Tony teased and Bucly glared at him, playfully, before spinning the bottle.
All our eyes was on Steve then back to Sam who was awkwardly smiling.
"Nah, it's fine." He grumbled, shooing his hand to Steve and Bucky who are now entering the closet.
