Naruto
The voices above me were very faint but I seemed to have been separated from the others.
I don't even understand fully how it happened. It was just one moment of confusion and distraction and now I couldn't even tell my surroundings.
It wasn't supposed to go like this. Sasuke needed me, I couldn't be slacking off like this.
None of the words I heard make sense, but slowly, I was gaining back my energy.
Not nearly as fast as I need to.
I was thrown over someone's shoulder, and then we were moving.
If I protested, I'd be too weak to even remember it. I might have strung out some curses but it probably came out as weak as I felt. More like baby speech.
I landed on my butt as I was thrown inside a room.
Suddenly it was dark, I couldn't make out anything as I tried to sit up.
Then from one corner, a candle lit up and gave me a little relief.
As I sat breathing heavily, my strength returning in what I couldn't figure if was fast or slow.
The room stupidly didn't make sense to me.
There was nothing to it, nothing at all. Not even a door, and it was beginning to mess with me.
I only felt good because I felt stronger with each passing second.
I don't know how long it was or how long I sat there but everything started coming back to me.
I could finally get up on my own.
I walked around aimlessly but in frustration, my hand skimming against every wall on every side of the room.
One side had a thin wall, but I'd had it. So I burst through it.
The debris didn't come down over me but the wall or whatever it turned out to be, broke down.
The place I found myself was another room that turned out to be exactly like the one I was in.
I looked for a way out, and destroyed some more walls.
I'd done it for so long I started to feel weaker.
Until I broke through a wall, and the next room I ran into, had someone in it.
"Who are you? What is this place?" I asked in the darkness.
The response I got was immediate. "Naruto?"
A thousand emotions ran through me as the voice carried in the darkness and to my ears.
My legs decided to finally take a rest at that moment. I might have used more chakra than I thought.
I realized I had been holding on for this moment.
I felt myself giving out as I fell into Sasuke's arms.
