Nara's POV

I don't know what was VERY urgent, but Jongho called everyone in the 00 liners group for a meeting at Golcha mansion, and I was included as well

well everyone excluding Sunwoo because he was busy with the girl he's chasing after

I sat between Sanha and Bomin, feet tapping on the ground nervously

I've never been to their secret meetings before, and today's my first time

"Alright, there's reported a middle aged man that runs a fancy restaurant that only opens at night. there's some unusual actions coming from his side.. many young girls go in for dinner and they never come out again. at least not for the day or week. already there's been missing about 8 girls and we questioned their families about their last whereabouts and all witnesses said they've last seen them at that restaurant" Jongho informed us

"this looks like a bit tricky mission" Eric pouted

"and that's why Nara is included" Jongho said and Bomin's head snapped faster than lightning

"what do you mean 'Nara included' are you out of your mind??" Bomin argued

"First of all, Bomin behave" Hyunjin scolded "Second of all, if Jongho wasn't sure about her being a huge help and safe at the same time, he wouldn't think about including her in the first place"

"listen, I was already strictly against dragging her to our mess, but since it was against the rules, I agreed unwillingly, but I never agreed on her actually participating in mission."

"it's not your choice Bomin. it's hers." Eric retorted back. "What is your answer Nara?"

I fidgeted with my fingers unsure of what to do nor say... I really want to help out, but I'm scared

but I can't be a coward at serious moments like these... I clenched my fists, nails digging into my palms.. "I'll do it"

Bomin looked at me with wide eyes and grabbed my hands "you don't have to do it Nara"

"but I want to"

"Alright since she agreed, our break in mission will be held tomorrow night" Jongho informed and stood up from his place and exited the mansion

"Nara I'll let Youngtaek deliver a box to your door tomorrow morning. it's a dress you'll have to wear tomorrow and some other self defense weapons" Sanha said and I nodded my head in acknowledgement

everyone stared leaving the mansion one after one since it was super late, until there was only me and Bomin left

Bomin was stuck in a daze, his eyes only focusing on the marble floor beneath us

I squeezed his hand and snapped him out from his dazed state

-"tell me what's wrong" I asked genuinely worried
-"i don't like what's going to happen"
-"don't worry about me, I'm safe as long as you're with me right?"
-"right.. but anxiety still sucks me in sometimes"
-"nothing is going to happen I promise"
-"pinky promise?" he held our his pinky finger
-"pinky promise." and I interlocked our pinkies together

"Alright it's pretty late let's go to bed" he said pulling me up with a yank and we both jogged ur ways upstairs.

I stopped infront of my door, but it quickly got blocked by Bomin himself

"where do you think you're going?" he stood up looking down at me

"uhhh my room? to? sleep?"

"NO way. we're a couple therefore we sleep in the same room"

"are you sure?" I almost said malfunctioning

"please I've been waiting for this moment since ever" he grabbed my arm and guided me to his room

as big as mine and the interior was very elegant yet so classy and trendy at the same time.

everything was neat and tidied and placed nicely into it's perspective places

Bomin settled in his bed under his covers, shifting to the side while patting the place beside him urging me to snuggle next to him, and that's exactly what I did

I laid my head at his chest, throwing a leg over his waist and pulling him closer to me

"well someone's clingy" he laughed

"shut up"

"goodnight love"

"goodnight Minnie"

and we both fell in a deep slumber we both never knew we needed.
