I love nature, the endless ways the light dances across the mountain peaks, highlighting textures and forms. I'm mesmerised by the skilful flight of the birds as they cut through the air, and the grasses dancing in the winds
I adore slowness. Taking time to sit, feel and immerse self into my environment
I'm enchanted by crystals. Their varying colours, forms and energy – a magical, ancient gift from the womb of the earth, and it fills my heart and stills my mind when I am lost in my creative expression, crafting with them
I adore precise words, clearly and authentically shared, offered as an invitation of understanding and expression
I love asking existential questions without answers. I ponder life and death and all that happens betwixt the two
I appreciate the softening and opening of my heart, when it feels safe in its gentle expression
I love making ethical choices aligned with my values, honest self reflection and honouring whatever may arise
