I killed the nurse

Choked her
I hate her

I was then shackled to a bed
I had pills ten times a day
They gave me shots
Every hour
They told me it would help
They said I would get better
Well guess what
They lied
I could feel myself slipping
They told me to close my eyes
I didn't trust them
What would they do
Would I be helping them
Or myself
Then my eyelids got heavier
And the meds kicked in
Then I took a long long nap
