{16} [jihoon]

I stare at the police officers in confusion after they had just burst into the apartment, i was sleeping on the couch and they woke me up.

"What?" I ask, for what seemed to have been the fifth time.

"We need to take you down to the station so you can identify a few people that were at the event." My dad says, sitting on the couch opposite me.

"No." It's literally like 4AM could they not have waited.

"Seoyeon, we have your purse, other jurisdictions wanted to prosecute you... You need to come now before Taeyong and his lawyers come." He says with a stern voice.

"Fine." I groan. "Better be good, doctor told me to rest and you guys aren't allowing me too." I grab my bag and jacket from the hanger, then slide my shoes on and follow a police officer out of the apartment.

They took the back exit which was a little strange because that's usually locked at all times.

"How is your head?" Dad asks, sipping on a bottle of water.

"You know, it's been two weeks since it happened and that's the first time you've asked me that." I say, slightly annoyed. I get we're supposed have as little contact as possible but he at least could've checked if it was okay.

"I've been busy. How is it?"

"I keep getting headaches, had to go for a CT scan." I yawn, "And i'm tired all the time so id appreciate it if you didn't burst into my apartment at four in the morning."

He nods his head and stayed silent the rest of the ride to the police station, like always i enter through the back and then go up to the special intelligence unit.

"The wires picked up good sound and video footage. The one that got shot, how is he?" Commander Bang asks, putting up a video of the night on the big screen.

"He's a good kid." I talk about Sungchan, "He's resting but they finally let him home yesterday."

"Seoyeon, he's part of a gang, he isn't a good kid." My dad shakes his head.

I grab a chair and sit on it as the Commander fast forwards the video, Taeyong kissing me on the forehead as i walk off to find Minhee.

"This is where it started. Do you know who this guy in the back is?" He points to a familiar looking man, he was the one who handed Taeyong the spiked drinks.

"He gave the guys some drinks but didn't say what his name was or anything." I say truthfully, they then pull up a picture of Jisung.

"And this?"

No. Jisung is a good kid, he hasn't hurt anybody in his life and i know that for a fact, he literally almost cried when he stood on a spider.

"I'm not sure who that is." I lie, Commander Bang looked at me and raised his eyebrows to say he knew that wasn't the truth.

"He's sitting at your table?"

"Okay? You can check the voice footage, i didn't talk to any of them apart from Taeyong." I mean, i talked to Jisung a little bit but they wouldn't have known it was to him.

"Well, the microphone wasn't working properly until after the gun shots went off, so all the audio until then is muffled." He sighs, annoyed at the fact the microphone didn't work properly.

I carry on watching the video and felt sick to my stomach when the part that Sungchan got shot popped up, he was protecting Jisung.

Taeyong then rushed over and Johnny covered him as he put pressure onto Sungchans chest, that's where the blood on Taeyongs hands and suit came from.
